Top notch
Very good service and excellent LPs. I did have an issue with one album but it was replaced very quickly and the second one is perfect.

Very good service and excellent LPs. I did have an issue with one album but it was replaced very quickly and the second one is perfect.
Excellent communication when there was a slight issue with my order which was very quickly sorted out. Great service
I recently purchased the Boz Scaggs reissue from Pure pleasure records, this cost me in the order of over £40 including the postage.
When I received it the central paper information disc was all bubbled, but it had managed to set hard, so the record was unplayable on one side. The side with the track "loan me a dime" which was why I had actually bought it.
I emailed Pure pleasure records, explaining the problem. I got a reply from Jessica which basically said that usually this doesn't make the record unplayable, please could I send a video of the record playing. If filmed the record wobbling about and sent it to Jessica.
Weeks have passed, I have gently prompted them to respond, but up to press I have been ignored. My last email stated that if I didn't get a reply then a bad review was last option. I got no reply.
I'm really pleased I found Pure Pleasure this year!. The records I've received have been well packed and delivered quickly, and the customer service has been 1st class. The only place to buy Speakers Corner records!!!! Many thanks

I brought two Chet Baker LPs on Sam records, one of the LPs had a damage sleeve. I returned the LP and they refused to give me a refund or a replacement.
They told me that there was a note in the listing saying that there was some damage to the sleeve.
I told them to keep it and I brought a copy from Sam Records in France. They had no interest in resolving my issue; this was a revolting experience from a revolting company.

Was this a casual recording session? It sure feels like it. It's Lightnin’ Hopkins, his guitar and his piano and the recording puts you sitting right in front, listening as he runs through the tracks. It’s wonderful to listen these performances. The recording sounds so present and the pressing is as good as it gets. Top marks to Lightnin’ Hopkins, the recording engineer and Pure Pleasure Records! It's my new favorite record ...
when i complained about the pressing of a marry black vinyl record i got no response so wont be buying from them again. avoid at all costs if you want good service.
Everything you want from music specialists: superb product that sounds and looks great, excellent packaging so the records arrive in perfect condition, very quick (2 day) delivery, great selection on the website - experts in their field with a justly deserved reputation for quality. Use without hesitation.
I received a Booker Ervin record that was badly warped, the vinyl was barely in contact with the platter and the stylus bobbed up and down. I contacted Jessica at Pure Pleasure who emailed me to ‘send it back, we’ll have a look at it.’ I did so and the record was delivered and signed for. That was more than two months ago. I have sent repeated follow up emails and had no response. Now they have my cash and my record.
I would add that the mastering quality of some releases is poor – Muddy Waters’ I'm Ready was unlistenable, I then bought the Music On Vinyl version which was vastly better. So ended up buying it twice.
Be warned – quality control is lacking and when problems arise they would rather ignore you and hope you go away.
I will now be opening a chargeback case with my bank.
Alienating your customers - what a bizarre way to run a business.
If you are looking for all analog, remastered records that are pressed well with beautifully reproduced sleeves then check out Pure Pleasure Records. Fast delivery and the packaging is first class - which is needed these days. I've bought so many records where the sleeve has been bent by the delivery company - not had any issues with Pure Pleasure.
I must say I am very delighted with the service provided by Pure Pleasure Records (Jessica). It is that small personal touch that makes the difference, She has no issues going an extra mile for us - customers. Appreciate it is a small business, however, no job is too small or too big for Pure Pleasure Records! Keep it that way. I would definitely recommend you to my friends.
AVOID!!! These people are scammers. Purchase a vinyl with any kind of defect (which is inherent with this format), be it jumping or poor transfer/pressing they will refuse to deal with it, blaming your equipment or ears. Send them audio files as proof and they refuse to acknowledge what can be clearly heard. You know something is wrong when you are doing all the running, they never return calls or emails and claim 'the office was closed that day', it's run from their home!!! Also they ship audiophile LP's in corrugated cardboard only, what kind of care is that when you're buying a premium product, an LP for £30+, they take no care to make sure it reaches you in good condition, then forget trying to return it without the above issues. Buy your music elsewhere!!!
A pure pleasure to do business with. Very prompt, courteous and a great product. What more can you ask for..
A stellar label that manage to have a personal touch to their online business. Wonderful to deal with and amazing attention to detail with orders. The product quality is top notch audiophile standard, and packaged to the highest standards too. But more than this there is a real sense of personal curatorship of what they put out. A real favourite of mine, and a label that I actively look forward to buying from.
Great quality LPs, well mastered and well pressed. I went searching to buy one and ended up with more than 10! All money well spent. Great selection of music to choose from. I will certainly be going back for more once I have the cash!
Great records and great customer service.
I've bought records on several occasions from Pure Pleasure this year.
The records are always wells packaged which means that arrive safely and in good condition.
The records themselves are great quality and the covers are always superb.
I've dealt with Pure Pleasure by email. The response is always quick, friendly and helpful.
