I have been using Pure Organic CBD for years and only now found their vitamins products. I was first attracted by this company for their transparency on where the ingredients come from and the testing that has been done. I also like that this is a moderately sized organization that hasn’t let the personal touch go like so many huge wellness companies have. Their reach is global, but they appear to operate with the single customer in mind! Everything is delivered as promised. I have not needed help with an order over the years but the level of communication I get already is fantastic. I take these products for quality of life, the single most important thing, and it’s nice that their customer service matches that quality I seek. As a final note, there’s something about having these products in a tincture bottle that helps me make them part of my day in a way that pills do not. Besides the benefit of higher absorption rates, dropping the liquid is relaxing and just feels like it’s helping me make this more of a RITUAL than a routine, really. I’m not so sure their mission statement to “truly care” about their customers has been fulfilled in this instance as my anxiety levels have increased based on this transaction

After poor customer service from enquiries to understand which product was recommended given my requirements and the incorrect and delayed order the follow up response has been excellent with the honesty and openness of the communication. Based on the aforementioned follow up response I would certainly consider using this Company again where hopefully the products purchased in good faith provide a level of comfort for which they were ordered

Review update: I have since heard from Robby and have more understanding of the shipment issues. My advice is to order well in advance and have a backup plan.

Order placed on Monday, no indication of shipping and no response to an email sent on Thursday. Reading others reviews on shipping issues I'm now feeling concerned as I had a few days delay with my last order. It's a shame as this brand is really helping my cat, but they need to be reliable.

Really great customer service - I can't fault this company at all. I kept firing questions at Robby and he was always happy to come back extremely quickly with a very informative respond.

The customer service I received from Pure Organic was the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. After an issue with the courier (not the companies fault), Robby replaced my order with express delivery, using a different courier and kept me updated of the status. He genuinely cared about my order and went above and beyond to make sure I received it. We have been using the cbd on our rescue dog and have noticed far more moments of calm and stillness, when before he was very needy and incapable of being by himself. He seems much more happy to chill now and seems calmer in himself!

Products are fab. Just disappointed with the delivery time.

For the last 2 weeks I have been using the curcuma and vitamin C product, and I am in love!! I am generally a very skeptical person when it comes to supplements, but after hearing good stories about this brand (especially their patented formula for high absorption), I decided to give it a go. I had been dealing with brain fog and general fatigue -you know, winter time- for quite a while, and I’m happy to say that after taking the product consistently for a week, I gained so much more clarity!! This product is def. going to be added to my regimen. Thank you so much!

Further to my last review and issues with delivery, the company has sorted issue out and sending missing product. As said product is good and best I've tried out of the many. also been using the cbd muscle Gel, using it after sports and seams to reduce muscle soreness. Would I purchase these products again, yes

Product is good at a fair price however delivery was very poor. 1 week to get to me just 20 miles away. If Royal Mail 24 had been used I would receive the item next day but the courier chosen took 1 week and even then I had to go searching for my parcel which was never actually delivered to me. A Gentleman named Robby at Pure Organic helped.
