I purchased this product for my horse
I purchased this product for my horse, wow! Wow! What a difference this product made to my mares comfort in just a week. I'm do great full to have found this product for her. 2 drops a day, or my 17hh there's approx 200 drops in a bottle that's over 3 months supply. Best on the market In my humble opinion.

Hello Adrian,
We are tracking this down for you right away. It went out the day after your order using the standard post. Looking at the tracking info, I can see it's been stuck in delivery since November 6th. I will give you a call this morning to sort the whole thing out.
What I'll do is instruct the post office to retry delivery or, I can have your order held at the nearest post office for pick up.

I'm new to CBD, (1 month) - I'm looking to alleviate migraines and although, I have had a headache, nothing too intense... so, so far so good. There was a mix up with my re-order, but the customer service and quick response was excellent.

Very poor service…Made better
3 weeks after ordering my CBD for my dog I am still waiting for it to arrive. This is despite their having taken my money and ignoring my email.
Further to my original review above I have now been contacted by Pure Organic CBD and received a full explanation as to the lateness of my order and as a token of their faith in their future service have offered a part refund on my original order, which has now been delivered.
I have used Pure Organic CBD for my dog in the past and after the communications that I have received since my original review will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Our apologies about the long wait time with this order. We do import to the UK from Switzerland and sometimes customs can take a long time; especially with CBD products. While this is not an excuse and we do take full responsibility for the delay, it was important for me to be very clear about what happened. Again, our apologies.
I am happy to say at this point that we are back up to full stock and have taken precaution that this doesn't happen again with future orders.
