WARM FEELING
We found them to be honest .When Ricky came in we hoped.it would be right first time.All the people who we tried said we only do replacement boilers.Ricky came in said it might just be a pump.it could last for a week or a year .so we thought.no we want years of comfort and so plumped for new .we were given three boilers.so we asked what was best .we found out the gloworm was not only the cheapest but came with ten year guarantee but mechanics to help keep it going for years.also new timers and take any place in the house.the chaps who fitted it all never went for lunch .always working came in just after eight and stayed at it until every thing was working.Ricky came in handed over all the gizmos .would use them again.and recommend them to any one .

Highly recommended
Moved the boiler to the loft and various other bits like a manifold for underfloor heating, have used them since for a series of small bits as we continue to renovate. Would recomend

Excellent workmanship and attention to detail
Ricky, John and Liam did an excellent job from quoting the job through the completion.
On quoting, Ricky took his time with us explaining the various options and their pros and cons, not rushing anything and making sure we were happy with what he planned to do.
We had a new boiler, megaflow hot water tank, 7 new radiators fitted and a new hive system, whilst upgrading the old microbore pipes. The pipe work was quite intrusive as expected but they made sure to make everything good, tidied up after themselves, and made sure we were kept updated on progress throughout.
One particular highlight to call out was re-bricking the area by the new flue, making it even better than before they started, you can tell they take great care and pride in their work and I would definitely use them again.
