I do not recommend getting involved with this gym. I’d rather pay more elsewhere than continue training here.
1. The gym is dirty and not cleaned properly, with trash everywhere and broken machines.
2. The ventilation is terrible — it’s hard to breathe inside.
3. They charge random amounts: sometimes 300 DKK, sometimes 250, sometimes even 550. This is unacceptable. Even pausing the membership costs anywhere from 40 to 100 DKK.
4. The staff is barely present. You have to search for someone, and solving any issue takes forever.
My wife and I cancelled our memberships, and instead of charging the usual 250 or 350 DKK, they took 500 DKK from each of us for the final month.

Regarding the payments: our prices vary depending on membership type, campaign offers, and centre access levels. It sounds like there may have been some confusion with membership changes, add-ons, or fee structures like hold fees. I’d love for us to take a closer look and clarify this properly for you. You can also always find your bill on Mit PureGym, where it is listed exactly what you've been charged for😊

Bad air conditioning. No workers to help
The air conditioning is DISGUSTING
I came to the gym at 7 PM and smelt a very sharp hygiene everywhere i went, at first i said its normal because its a gym but it didn’t stop, 40 minutes in the smell was still going and every window was locked and there wasn’t any worker to ask them to open the windows (you needed a key to open the windows).

Worst custumer service. Becarefull. they are train to charge you more and send bills with always extra charge. Not many machines. Old machines and out of service. No space to work out not use this gym at all. and I give one start because at list you have to give one other wise minus 5

Pleasant and rich experience
Purchasing a single entry ticket was easy, when arriving at the gym the access was easy. Lots of free parking around. The place is very big and spacious, good music and great overall Vibe!
The gym is also very clean, and we were surprised with the high number & variety of equipment stations. Spent a lovely Sunday evening there, will definitely join as with a monthly membership.

Today went to buy one month membership
Today went to buy one month membership. And they informed me that you can’t anymore pay directly there. You have to do
It on the app. The app and their page is in Danish language so for me completely impossible to use. Asked for help with it and it was still not working. So no gym today for me. Why to make it so impossible to use? Why simply not allow people to pay at the gym with card?
They just changed machines. Have to say technogym machines were much nicer and easyer to use. Somehow matrix machines don’t stimulate muscles in same way. I am not so sporty person, and can anyway notice big difference.

This company is bordering a scam
This company is bordering a scam. They use every little loophole they can to charge you additional money.
My contract was terminated due to a missing payment, which was their fault, since I registreret in person at a local gym - I guess they mistyped my information. I could no longer use the gym.
However, your membership remains active, and they continue to try and charge you, despite not allowing you in and telling you that they have terminated the contract.
This results in multiple months of dept that they're happily and silently gathering.

Everything was great today
Everything was great today. I had a really good workout. However I noticed that the body bike doesn’t have a built in tracker. It would be helpful if it did, especially for days like today when I forget my smartwatch at home.

People don't stay on one machine 50 minutes, and gym - buy more glue machines
People there, the clients. Sit on one machine and stay there. I have good experience with weights and machines and I just can't wait for the people to sit on the machine 50 minutes and I am not able to train at all.
In order to train fast and not losing my time I have to go back and forth between different machines or weights.
And now for the Gym, you have to get more advanced machines that are on the market now.
Like the YOYO- eccentric machine.
More and modern hip thrust machines.

Was told by a company employee that…
Was told by a company employee that after quitting my membership the fee that I paid at the time would be the last. A month later I was harassed over Email that if I did not pay there would be severe consequences. Would highly recommend caution with memberships within this Gym.

Great Latin class with Judy 👯♀️👯♀️
Personally I like group training. At PureGym there are a lot of options for group training in different locations and with different instructor. My favorite is Rødovre Centrum PureGym and Judy Skov Schulz is amazing instructor, her class is always full.
