I received a call from a private mobile…

I received a call from a private mobile number with this business name, with the caller mentioning my name and business name, saying I was in contact a year ago. Well, I never have been as per my records, and I have requested this business not call me again.
I suspect someone from the business took a chance by searching other business names for a cold calling opportunity. That isn't smart and very deceitful. Wouldn't recommend them at all, this business should be flagged for deceitful cold calling activities. Can't believe the positive reviews on here!

I received a cold call from Tom Milham and whilst it was unexpected it was a pleasure to speak with him. Very professional and handled the call very well. I typically wouldn't give a cold caller the time of day but glad I did with Tom - Well done Tom and keep up your great work!

I dealt with Lee and it was a pleasure.

I spoke with two different companies in an effort to upgrade my iPhone. At Pure Communication I had 3 or 4 conversations with Lee and the contrast between his approach and the salesman at the other place was night and day. I'd go from one conversation that was a classic, pushy and over the top pressure sale to dealing with Lee, which was like chatting to a friend who had my best interests at heart. I appreciate Lee has a job to do and sales to make but he conducts himself with a class that you will rarely get to experience in sales these days. Regretfully I made a decision to go with a refurbished phone elsewhere (not with the pushy guy) in order to reduce my costs. I say regretfully because I would have really liked to have given Lee my business but unfortunately needs must. Thanks again Lee for all your efforts.

Amazing service with Pure

Amazing service with Pure.

I spoke with Taylor and Josh P regarding my business mobiles for my company, I thought I had a really good deal with my phones but Pure came in with a very competitive price and I took the deal!

The service was A* right from start to finish.

Can't thank the staff at pure enough, 100% recommend this company.

Totally honest and professional approach

Totally brilliant, honest, and professional approach to sales and service. I reviewed my home/business broadband and mobile with Pure Communication. I was with Virgin for Broadband and TV. I was with EE for four business mobiles. Virgin broadband is supposedly fast in my area - but it's always faulty, and customer service is awful. For EE, we have a complication in one of the mobiles is often abroad and concerns over roaming changes. James, who I dealt with, thoroughly answered my questions and gave detailed answers and costings. I was utterly assured the service would be handled should I move. Ultimately, we didn't switch as EE resolved the roaming issue. I'm still leaving Virgin and would have done it with Pure Communication, but at present they can't resolve broadband with TV. Even when I explained not going to use Pure Communication it was so professionally handled. If I need to review my mobile in the future, I will call them. They are totally professional and stand out in how they act and behave with integrity. Real exception compared to how bad service is in major players.

Trustworthy Company

Baymarine Services have been using Pure Communications since August 2023. I must say Ben set us up on a fantastic price plan for our Mobile needs, as we use mobile phones around the world so it is important we have good communication at the right price.
Our accounts Manager Ben have been fantastic and always available if we need anything thanks to all at Pure Communication's.

Happy Business Customer!

excellent company!! Recommend to All!!!!!

excellent company!!! any teething issues were dealt with straight away.
From first contact, to onsite implementation James always kept all staff involved informed and provided reassurance that disruption would be minimal (for me other than them being in the building nothing else was affected). Nick was great with adapting the systems to meet our individual needs and implementing all out auto attendant systems, diverts etc.
Would seriously recommend to all.
