Great experience dealing with Sam

Have been dealing with Sam Deans from the beginning. Has been very helpful from the off for someone who is dealing with a suite of work mobile phones for the first time. Happy to walk me through everything.

As always great Service from Sam Deans

As always great Service from Sam Deans, needed to add a few extra lines on for some new employees and asked a lot from Sam as we needed them up and running within 48 hours. Sam Delivered and as a business we are extremely happy with Pure and Sam.

I was having a connection issues whilst…

I was having a connection issues whilst travelling abroad on business. I spoke with Jennifer Grey from the customer service team and she was able to resolve my issues within 5mins. I am so glad that i have dedicated support as without my mobile working it would have been a nightmare.

Pure Select - Mica

I needed to get some last minute handsets for my new starters in January, however I’m a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to technology. Mica was amazing and recommended suitable options for my budget. Would highly recommend !

Changing phone provider

I've just moved providers and went with pure Communication Group Ltd.. They were great from the very start.. The change over to the different network was straight forward and if i had any issues they would be there to guide me through the process.. I dealt with Josh varndell who was amazing from start to finish.. It's always a daunting experience changing over but with pure Communication Group it was great. 😊

Amazing service!

Amazing! Very pleased with the service. Josh helped us through with our new sim plans. Very responsive, offered clear information and was very patient with us every time we needed him. 5 out of 5! We will definitely recommend. Thank you

Poor change-over management now cut off!

Renewed phone contract and changed provider from EE to Vodafone.

After providing PAC codes, received new handsets in the post OK, but have now been cut off from EE without having new SIM.

Terrible management from Pure Communication Group to go ahead with this before checking we had the new SIM cards.

Now 24hrs since being cut off, without new SIM or E-SIM, and no-one answering from Pure Communication Group.

Not happy.

Experience with Pure communication has…been fabulous

Experience with Pure communication has been great. 5 out of 5! Highly responsive, special mention to Sam Dean who has been so helpful with any queries, really fits my business! I hated spending ages on the phone to the big suppliers, Pure communication have saved me that stress and time out of my day. Highly recommend!
