Bought a bouncing pig. Wouldn’t charge. Cables and ports cheap and loose, had to hold for the charging to even begin- like I have time to do that for 2 hours!

This is a scam. You will not receive your order. I ordered 22 March and when I enquire, I receive a very quick apology email but NO ITEMS. Do not waste your money and be fooled.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Unfortunately I am in the same situation as most people who have left a review. Awful company. I purchased a bouncy piggy toy that was faulty. After a response to saying we are sorting out a replacement. I have heard nothing back. Do not buy from this charlatan's.

In mid-November I ordered a Breathing Otter Toy for my dog’d separation anxiety. It took over a month to receive. The product was not the model that I ordered, and it did not function. It is now mid January. After more than five messages, including sending a video of the problem, their customer service has not replied to my request to remedy the situation. The one response said I’ll talk to our returns department. This is honestly the worst situation I have ever encountered In terms of addressing a purchase problem. I am sharing my experience here to prevent others from experiencing the same waste of time, energy and money.

Terrible product and even worse customer service!
I only wish I’d done my research before purchasing Puptex’s pig toy. It lasted less than 5 mins, and a piece of the plastic snapped off, and had to be removed from my pets mouth. Not only that but the electrical components were easily exposed, causing a risk to my pet.
Following this I emailed the company, and have received no reply to my recent email. The last time I’m enticed into making a purchase via an ad on TikTok.

Bought a bouncing pig. It is now Christmas morning and the pig lasted less than 5 minutes. My Yorkshire terrier shook it and the material ripped absolutely useless.

This is a scam it’s sent to the Russian federation then shows item delivered tells you to contact shipper no shipper identified SCAM

Powder is unhandy and stinks! Most of all it my made dogs problems worse! Not nice client service as well!

I'd rate no stars of I could. The bouncing pig I bought was terrible quality and broke after a few days, took forever to arrive, and when I spoke to customer service they refused to help. Avoid!!! You will be wasting your money

Excellent quality toys. My dogs were ecstatic when they saw them and they have become inseparable.

Shipping times were a few days later than expected, but overall the quality of the toys have held up well after 6 months of play from my doggos.

Really good quality and is a favourite shop of mine for new and interesting dog toys !!

Ordered goods at the beginning of February, sent an email on the 3rd of March seeking an ETA. They responded the next day saying they were checking with a logistics company for an update. After this they went completely silent and did not respond to any email (I have sent 3 further emails requesting a refund). There is no phone number and no ABN to report these people. They are a scam and should be shut down.

Hopeless.... I've been waiting for my order since October, there were issues with the delivery service which I appreciate wasn't 100% the company's fault but the service since then has been terrible. I've had to chase multiple times for a refund, gone completely silent since December...

The products are worthless, they die within a few minutes, and the company refuses to return or exchange. They do not stand by their product and it is poor product.

I never received my order. It has been over a month and the tracking number shows the package going back and forth between LA and San Francisco multiple times. Customer service is terrible, they refuse to admit there is an issue. I will have to dispute it with my credit card company. I wish I would have read the online reviews, as both the product and customer service reviews for the company are terrible.
