I have now purchased 4 of my pups from puppy spot and communication and details are great, vetting of breeders is important no doubt and we couldn’t be happier with our babies. Delivery was also on time and well communicated. Puppies are guarded, looked after, taken out every so often to play and potty the entire travel time. The delivery team, Tom and Sebastian were wonderful and caring.

Poor communication, poor follow up. Would’ve preferred some information from the breeder as requested. Totally understand that puppies continue to grow. However, the puppy we picked up did not look like the puppy that we purchased based on pictures. We suspect the pictures were Photoshop shopped. Reported it and no response as of yet.

Once I found the puppy I wanted, Kelvin sprang into action. Assisting me through the entire process. No question was too small. Overall communication was also excellent and the resources and recommendations are helpful and spot on. The delivery service shared many of the same qualities and Devin, Lola’s driver, was kind and thoughtful.

Some might say the price runs a bit high, but as I sit here looking at my Great Dane pup—and remember the glowing review from our trusted vet about how healthy he is—I can confidently say that in this day and age, you truly get what you pay for.

Everything with puppy spot was great. The man that helped me get prince was super. The delivery people were great. The issue i have is with the people that raised Prince. I mean at 17 weeks he didnt even know his name. He doesn't act like anyone worked with him at all. That is not what the papers said. Anyway, because of that I probably would not go thru puppy spot to find a playmate for him. Also I think the dog is not going to be a mini aussiedoodle. I believe he will be bigger.

Some representatives were friendly, others not too much.
Unfortunately i bought an item your company offered actually TWICE, I paid for MICROSHIP and registration, but Saturday when we pick the dog up wasn’t DONE. The breaded said “they dont offer that service”I’m talking about MICROSHIP AND REGISTRATION. I called couple times and the last representative (DANIEL)pretended to charge me the FULL AMOUNT JUST FOR REGISTRATION, THAT NEVER GOT EITHER. I bought MICROSHIP AND REGISTRATION FOR $116.16. Offering a service or package that you don’t give to the client at the moment we pick up the dog is a fraud.

Overall, I was very happy with my Puppy Spot experience. I was adamant that I was only willing to wait 2 weeks for my puppy and not the 4 weeks I was originally told. The puppy arrived at my door exactly 2 weeks after I had chosen Gemeni. I had emailed and asked for a more recent picture and his weight so I could purchase his collar and harness. I received one picture and told 20 pounds. I purchased the Puppy Spot puppy starter kit and the training kit. I have yet to receive the training kit????

Had the best, easiest experience. Everyone at PuppySpot was lovely, and our new little one is settling right in. Delivery was convenient—they even showed up early! And I could tell our pup was cared for during his entire journey.

My puppy was brought to a predetermined place even though I was running behind the breeder was great about the time change. He was very thorough about the puppy and change over i was very happy with everything.

It was a very easy and stress free experience. From working with me on cost and helping me understand what all I needed to do to prepare for my new furry family member. I felt they cared and did everything they could to make this a wonderful memorial experience. I made the decision to use them from the great first phone conversation with the representative to very trustworthy service and was prepared to wait like a month for delivery. They immediately set up delivery service and I had my baby in a week and even then, she was delivered a half a day early. I 100% recommend them.

Puppy spot put me in touch with a breeder (Foxwoods Puppies) in Indiana. My contract for the puppy stated that the puppy would arrive by American Airlines. Instead, he was transferred to California by Premier Pet Transfer. He traveled with 15 other dogs and it took 5 days for him to arrive at my home. He arrived with bloody stools and vomiting.
Three hours later he was at the vets which cost me over $500.00. Three weeks later and multiple visits to the vet, he is still not well.
In addition to paying the purchase price to the breeders, it has cost over a thousand dollars in medical bills. Although he has insurance that I pay for, they don’t cover the first 30 days he is insured by me.
The PuppySpot people and the breeders thought a reimbursement of $399.00 was sufficient.
I do not recommend these companies.

Very bad communication. Was told when ordering over phone on Thursday, it could get dog Tuesday. Received dog Saturday and it's WRONG breed. I picked Maltese poodle and received a very, ungroomed Maltese shih tsu breed. Not happy at all and I paid alot of money!
