Our puppy is exactly what we were…

Going through puppy spot was a great experience!

Our Puppy Spot experience was amazing! The communication was great and they kept our family informed every step of the way. Our puppy arrived 45 minutes earlier than expected which was even more exciting for us to meet her sooner. She is a very healthy, beautiful and well rounded puppy! I LOVE Archie!

I am thrilled with my beautiful puppy "Archie". PuppySpot made the purchase so smooth and easy. The delivery arranged by PuppySpot with Premier Pet Transport was seamless. The email and text communications with both kept me up to date on every step . So far, Archie is the best behaved, sweetest puppy I could ask for.

Great service

My little 10 week-old Bichon is happy and healthy and active and un-stressed and arrived on time. Much credit there belongs to the breeder. Handoff was simple and straightforward. What more could I ask for?

The pup appears to be very healthy

The pup appears to be very healthy, with the exception of fleas. I have a vet appt. on Monday to get him evaluated. Overall I am very satisfied at this point

Don't use PuppySpot go through a breeder!

Update: PuppySpot did reach out to me regarding our bad experience and was very apologetic. I appreciate the time they took to talk to me more about my experience and make it right. Original: I am writing today because what was supposed to be a joyful night last night, welcoming our new puppy home, turned into a very frustrating experience. First of all, I received 2 emails regarding our puppy's delivery date/time, with different information. I emailed this email for clarification and was told 3/25 @ 9 pm in Blaine (15 min from our house). We told the kids, everyone was excited and anxious to meet the new member of our family.At about 7 pm, we received a call from the people transporting our puppy saying they know that we weren't supposed to meet them until tomorrow (not what Puppy Spot told us) but if we would like to meet them in Woodbury (30 min from our house) at 9:15 pm we could still get her tonight. We arrived at the meeting spot at 9 pm, still very excited.At 9:15, we text the transporter, Carla, and told her we were there. She text back and said she was sorry but it looked like it was going to be more like 9:45pm. This was frustrating because I have my 2 kids with me, on a school night and we are 30 min from home. We decide to wait. At 9 45pm Carla texts and said the GPS took her husband to the wrong location and it was now going to be 10:30pm. Now my husband is very mad and frustrated, my kids have to use the restroom and I'm just trying to keep everyone from melting down. The transport did show up at 10:30 with our new sweet puppy. He didn't give us any information on her status and didn't verify who we were or sign anything for picking her up. It felt very unstructured.
To say this is disappointing doesn't do it justice. Instead of a happy family picking up their new puppy, who we have been trying to get for a couple years, everyone was tired, cranky and extremely frustrated. Not fair to us and not fair to our new family member. Not to mention we didn't get home until 11pm and barely had tine for Piper to learn her surroundings and get comfortable before we had to put her in her crate for bed.
This story doesn't even include the fact that we had to wait 2 extra weeks to get her because the person who sold her to us said we could get her a certain time an did not communicate that to the transport company.
As you know, there is quite a fee to have the dog delivered to us and with that comes an expectation that it will be done correctly, professionally and be a good experience. None of that happened here.

Puppy Perfect!

Most importantly, the breeder in the program is superb. My puppy shows all the signs of being well handled from birth. She sleeps through the night. Very happy in her crate. I had some questions along the way that Puppy Spot answered promptly by phone by attentive staff. My puppy was delivered to the minute promised, and I was kept informed (plus photo) of progress by the sweet driver. A great experience overall, and my puppy is well worth the cost.

Wonderful experience

first of all, ALL the fur babies are adorable. then Jordan helped me through the process...and it is a process..but he was awesome. everyone within the organization communicates with each other. the two gentlemen that drove my baby to my house were excellent. awesome communication. she arrived right on time. she is healthy and clean and playful. i cannot express how much I appreciate ALL of the people that made bringing her home to me.. i would have been confused with so many moving parts. i very much recommend PuppySpot. Sebastian and Thomas were super friendly and wonderful.

Wrong papers were given to me

I love the puppy. It was a very fast and efficient process. The driver was very confused about the paper work that was supposed to be given to me. I recieved the wrong papers for Chi then at the end they i asked more questions that were not answered and i finally got the right papers for Chi.
