Booking cancellation problem.

Needed to cancel my booking, the number for my trainer is disconnected !! and there is no contact number on the main website, I want a refund and my class does not start for 14 days so I am entitled to a refund under their terms and conditions. No info as to who to contact for refund. Not good at all. Have spoken to my bank and will be escalating this if no response from this company.
Update..my booking has been cancelled but no email from anybody to let me know...I found this through the original email from them by clicking on the class links.... nor any information as to where my refund is ? despite me asking for this at the same time as me requesting the cancellation.
