Short notice - all arranged

I had to leave the country at short notice due to a family emergency. Phil and Michelle came up with a plan to look after my cat and collected my keys within an hour – on a Sunday afternoon.

This enabled me to carry on with my preparations without having to worry about my cat’s needs. Michelle and Phil kept me up to date with every visit by texts, videos and photos.

When I returned, I could tell that my cat was well looked after, and he was very happy to see me when I came home.

I will 100% use them again.
