Device Needs a Offline Mode
Trying to use the device and cannot seem to use it properly with inconsistent internet connection. Please direct us towards the proper application, open source software, or settings in the app itself that get the device to function AS REQUIRED without any outside influence. All I need is for the device and the app to fully communicate without reaching out to any form of internet. It is essential to the health and wellbeing of the user and would be preferred immediately before a refund / charge back is incurred due to improper app design and execution.

My experience with Pulsetto has been…
My experience with Pulsetto has been extremely disappointing. The customer service does not actually solve problems — they simply send repetitive, useless emails that waste customers’ time instead of providing real support or solutions.
The device itself is shockingly fragile. The plastic frame cracked during normal, careful use without any misuse or damage, which clearly shows poor build quality and weak materials. Despite this obvious defect, they are unwilling to properly replace the product.
To make things worse, the device is heavily dependent on an internet connection and loses functionality without it, which is unacceptable for a product at this price point. On top of that, customers are pushed into paying additional subscription fees immediately after purchasing the device, before even having the chance to properly test whether it works well.
Overall, Pulsetto feels overpriced, poorly designed, and backed by incompetent customer support that avoids responsibility instead of helping customers. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.
