Pulsetto is a simple, safe, and easy-to-use device that stimulates the vagus nerve by sending electrical impulses to your neck, resulting in a decrease in heart rate and activation of the parasympathetic nervous system, also known as the "rest and digest" system.
This makes you feel calmer, less worried, and less nervous, which considerably improves sleep quality!

VNS is a known way to control pain and other discomforts. I had a cervical laminectomy from C3 to C7 and but was still having pain, weakness and stiffness. My obstructive sleep apnea and central sleep apnea were severe and I was put on a CPAP, switched up to a BiPAP and then finally an ASV and was still having sleep issues and moderate to severe fatigue. I have complete tears of three out of four muscles in my right rotator cuff and my left rotator cuff is also torn and could not lie on either shoulder when sleeping. When I laid on my back for longer than 10 or 15 minutes, I experienced pain in my right shoulder. I wasn't serious at first about using Pulsetto daily and was not getting the relief from pain or in the form of better more restorative sleep. I put the device away in a drawer for a few months before pulling it out again and vowing to use it daily. My energy level as greatly improved and I am pain free most of the time. I am not exaggerating when I feel like I have been given my life back. My energy level is better than when I was 30 years old. I am 68 and will be 69 this November. This product works very well, but you have to stick with it!! Use as directed.

The experience has been overall good. At first the app thought I was in a different time zone so I’ve signed out and now the reminders are coming at the right time for me. The challenge is putting this into a routine and exactly when. It’s not clear if this is going to become a long term thing but I do see more clarity when used.

I am getting pain relief from this device without the spinal surgery I was considering. I can’t take many anti-inflammatoires, so I am thrilled.

Pulsetto has changed my life for the better. I use it in the morning for digestion and evening for sleep/stress. The effect has been cumulative! Two nights ago, I was already calm and went to sleep without using it. It has lowered my stress and helped calm my gut. I've done yoga, meditation, so many things in my life but this is a gentle, natural way of supporting my body's needs. I was willing to try it out because a doctor suggested Vagus nerve stim for me years ago but most devices didn't exist yet. Worth a try! Many options for usage and the stim is different for each one. Hope to have one for the rest of my life. It's been worth it for me.

Vagus nerve stimulation is more and more important in your family every day. Pulsetto is the best by far!

Easy to set up. App works well. Saw immediate results. I went from 4-5 hours of sleep each night to 7-9+. I'm usually nodding off before the session is done. Sometimes I "top off" if I get up in the night and can't fall back asleep. Same immediate results.

Excellent experience so far, altho I only use it for sleep. It does, for me, get me to sleep quickly most of the time; when it does not do so, I have no idea why, so I suspect it is something unexpected e.g. alien visitation. It does take some dedication initially, as the results aren't necessarily immediate. But it does work.

I use my Pulsetto every evening before bed as I find it helps me sleep better throughout the night. I have also used it twice after visiting the dentist. I was told I should start taking 800mg of ibuprofen before the Novocain wore off to get ahead of the pain and both times I used my Pulsetto pain stimulation mode and both times I had little to no pain at all. Never had to use any ibuprofen. I was really relieved to see that the Pulsetto can actually alleviate my dental pain.

I've been up, down, and all around, struggling with a lifetime of chronic pain due to childhood blood cancer, a result of radiation exposure while my father was stationed in San Francisco. My family of seven lived (for four years) on a military base thirty-five miles away. Three neurological diagnoses resulted: My father and younger brother had Parkinson's Disease, and after my childhood cancer (and as an adult), I suffered a stroke and continue a long battle with MS. Neurological symptoms are near impossible to treat, and in my 72 years, have gone to hell and back seeking optimal health. VNS, in my opinion (I am a retired RN/Nurse Paralegal), is a welcome breakthrough in symptom management for a host of other diagnoses and medical conditions. The Pulsetto device has become a part of my daily routine (AM/PM), and I am so grateful for the science that developed this amazing addition to my ongoing recovery from cyclic relapses which worsen with age and time. It has become my dedicated therapy in the prevention and/or decrease of all the horrific unknowns that arise from life-changing disorders. Thank you Pulsetto, for the chance to navigate the direction in which this disease wishes to travel.

Everything has been amazing and easy to use. An I love how it’s hands free so you can just sit back and relax. The only “problem for me” isent nessesaraly the Pulsetto in any way it’s just you get some gel but it goes fast if you use. Trust me if any of ur body is sore ur gunna be able to pin point an work thru it and plus it feels so freaking good (as long as ur gel keeps up with you an dosent dry out an zap ya a lil harder 🤣🫶) the zap is lil an just something to help you know ur device needs a lil more luv

I just bought the device but part of it kinda came apart. Unlike other companies that treat me like a criminal, they actually want to help, they are sending me a replacement. Very poor communication skills, they won't give you any updates unless you ask for it.

Here’s a balanced but honest version you could use for Trustpilot:
I’m honestly pretty disappointed overall.
First, I somehow ended up being sent and billed for two devices instead of one. I tried to return the extra device, but customer service told me I had missed the return window, which was frustrating considering the situation.
Second, the device itself feels overpriced for what it is. At the end of the day, it seems like a fairly simple electrical stimulation device with heavy branding and app integration.
What frustrated me most was discovering how dependent the device is on the subscription and app ecosystem. I was not expecting that when I purchased it. I assumed basic functionality would work independently without needing an ongoing subscription.
The device may help some people, but between the duplicate order issue, the return experience, the pricing, and the subscription requirement, I’m not very impressed overall.

Easy to use, not sure if it helps, as it is hard to measure the results but in general feel positive about it

Always excellent response and support since purchasing my device.
