Totally agree with other postings that this company is a total scam artist. I ordered a crockpot in April. I emailed them several times - no response! I disputed the charge on my credit card. After 2 months, the card company total me that it was my fault and I would be charged again the money they credited me. When I called to dispute the charge, they relented and reinstated the credit since I NEVER received the product.......

They deserve a -100. This organization is a complete scam with fake customer service. The phone number and email address are unanswerable and bounceback. Rip off artists.

I am so glad I found this series of reviews before I was able to order anything. I tried clicking on the case of Cafe du Monde a number of times and it never registered as being in my Cart.

Same story. Ordered coffee, Miguel Fernandez accepted Paypal payment, no delivery. Opened case with Paypal, better get my money back!

PLEASE READ!
Unfortunately I ordered coffee from pulpyfresh.
They sent me a confirming Email and then sent me
a United States post office tracking number.
Tracking number showed shipped and then delivered.
I received NOTHING!
A talk with my town post office and they said that tracking number was for woodworking goods and the delivery address was elsewhere.
SCAM! MAIL FRAUD!
Do NOT order anything from this criminal.

Complete scam. You will never receive your order. There is NO contact when attempting to reach them. The number is fake.

A complete scam can’t even get my money back from Cash app a complete scam. Don’t use this website phone number don’t work email don’t work is a scam. I pay 98.99 scammed.

Total Scam! We never received the item. Unable to email them. Couldn't get through on the phone number given. When trying to track the package, was sent to "page unknown". Visa is investigating and hopefully we can get our money back. Buyer beware!!

Ordered Coffee on March 23, 2025, order was increased by $5.60 for no explainable reason. Now April 14 and no coffee, called PayPal and they are reimbursing my charge. Could not contact Pulpyfresh in any form. I told PayPal they should cancel doing business with Pulpyfresh after reading the reviews. Someone needs to be in jail on whatever this is.

Sure wish we would have read the reviews before placing our order. I guess a person is never too old to learn a lesson. Total scam!!!! These people should be banned from "selling" Lesson learned. If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is. Too bad there isn't a zero star. No way to contact said company.

"Bought" a table off this website and received a confirmation email and order completion email with no tracking information. When I emailed them back to get the tracking number, it bounced back Undeliverable. Bad address. That's when I started investigating. Googled them and saw the bad reviews of similar experiences. Checked my bank and the charge was to a different company called Bulexpo LTD. I contacted my bank, and Paypal. Paypal immediately canceled the transaction. Word to the wise. Review first and buyer be ware. Avoid this company at all costs!

Placed an order for a utility fan a week ago and only received an order confirmation email and no further action. Initial contact info was bogus and received a non deliverable email back.

Total scam. Ordered a freezer and can’t get a hold of anyone by either email or phone. I hope credit card company can get my money back for me. Deal was too good to be true. I should have checked them out before giving them my money.

I wish I had checked out the reviews first. Ordered a push mower a week ago, tried to check on the shipping tracking. Tried to email them - Bogus email address, undeliverable. Tried to call, not a valid phone number listed. TOTAL SCAM FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!

I didn’t see these reviews until after I ordered. Fraudulent site, my payment going to Jessica Federle in Arizona. Thank you Chase for standing up to this thief.
No information was ever given after the payment received email.No tracking , no good email for a response, and no way to get a hold of the company. Save yourself some time, avoid this site

SCAM. Ordered from them and PayPal charge showed up as another individual. Then got an email saying payment hadn't been received and that they would give me 20% if paid within certain time. Email on invoice comes back as invalid.

ZERO STARS! COMPLETE SCAM. Has 2 totally different addresses in two different states . Email is invalid as well as phone number. Avoid the headache and time!

NO STARS should be given. TOTAL SCAM. Did not receive my item and contact information is false. The address is an apartment building. The email is undeliverable and the phone number does not connect.

Luckily Paypal reimbursed me.
