Very sneaky with their prices
Very sneaky with their prices. I was shown that it was only $1 for the record I was after but apparently they snuck in a $31 charge for some package. Luckily they were very prompt to issue a refund so hopefully I actually see that in the next 3-5 days like they said.
But i think the customer service rep was Ronald and they were very polite and quick to respond

Terrible service and does not make the charges very clear. I requested 1 report for a vehicle that said I would be charged 1.00 for access to it and even rejected the 7.00 fee for the pdf report. Immediately saw I was charged 31 dollars, not 1 dollar! Spoke to an agent and all they said they could do is cancel my account from my future subscription, that I never signed up for in the first place. Smh. Complete ripoff and scam to get money.
