There is a whole scum scheme going on with this company. Ive been denied to asses my exam as i allegidly input wrong nationality. I have zero recollection for filling that information in, as well as i do not understand why this information should be asked if you are requiered to provide your identification focuments, which does in lued this information regardless. I was not the only one on a test day who was refused to seat a test. So clearly a scam.
Customer service is arrogant and refused to help to reshceddule or refund. I was talking to someone named Samon.
I am forwarding this issue to the action fraud and making a report to the police.

Practice Exam Needs an Update
This is the second year I've taken the practice exam and it's literally the exact same practice test you sold me last year. Word for word. Perhaps a yearly reprisal of the practice exam is worth the effort so as not to sell a duplicate practice exam to someone studying for the ACHA exam. If you're not going to update the exam, perhaps notifying the buyer that it's the same exam they bought the year prior is the ethical thing to do.

Glitchy Exam
The exam was incredibly glitchy the entire time I was taking it and made me skip an entire section, making my final score inaccurate. I contacted support about getting a retake or refund and was told there was nothing they could do, which is ridiculous for a $70 exam.

TOTAL disaster
TOTAL disaster. They are terminating you mid test with absolutely no reason. They allow you to use paper and a pen, and basically, when you use that paper and pen, they punish you for looking away from the camera.
I am sorry, how can you use paper and pen without looking at the paper??
This is just a disaster company, and they will do everything to terminate you so that you pay their fees again.

Never got to start my test
Spent 50 minutes trying to start my test for my new career. I had spent months preparing and took time off of work. Just to be left emailing and on the phone with an overseas call center getting no help or assistance. Im 23 not 75, Ive done test like these over 10 times. I mean maybe I was missing something but after 50 minutes of searching one would think it would be navigable. This website SUCKS

Test Taking Observations
My complaint revolves around certain test questions that are not found in the manual. For instance, a test
question regarding NSR 618 statue that requires an employee to obtain an OSHA Certification card that
confirms they have completed a designated number of hours in certain OSHA training procedures.
Since there is no NSR 618 material in the manual I paid for, how is that fair for PSI to have that as a question on the test. I missed passing my 3rd test exam by one point because I had to guess at the answer to that question.
Another test question involved the ADA material. All the manual has to say about this subject is that a person can be covered under the ADA law if they have a physical or mental condition that impairs they're daily functions. After researching the requirements for those who qualify under ADA, it becomes apparent that the list is quite long and encompassing. My thought is that the manual should be updated to include a note that the student should become familiar with those who are covered under this program.
Looking back, I would say the majority of the test questions are well worded and clear. The majority of the answers are also clear and concise. There are a few questions in every test I took that seemed to me to be inconsequential relative to real life experiences that a contractor faces every day in their activities.
There is room for improvement on the part of PSI.
My message to the test preparers is:
Don't test for material that is not in the manual.
After all, what good is an open book test if the material to answer the question can't be found in the manual. (Case in point - NSR 618)

Wish I could do less than one star
Wish I could do less than one star. I’ve never received such terrible assistance from a help line in my life. No one is aware of what’s happening and cannot provide actual assistance they just put in a ticket or shift blame. Customer support answers and you can tell they are multi tasking giving you about 10% of their attention. 6 hours on the phone and never solved my issue and refused to refund me after causing me to miss my test.

The actual practice tests were good
The actual practice tests were good. The practice questions that are generated are off at times - sometimes they use words that are not conducive to the topic or definition, such as associating the word "beneficiary" with health insurance rather than subscriber. There was also a question stated as "Which insurance plans are commonly offered through the worksite (employer sponsored)? The options were dental, supplemental disability, Medicare, and Long Term Care Insurance. Medicare was presented as the correct answer, but unless there are words missing in the question - that does not make sense. There was another question (I can't remember it now), but the correct answer didn't make sense to me - when I asked the AI chatbot to explain, it explained that my wrong answer was correct and explained why the system identified correct answer was incorrect. For reference though, I passed my health exam with a 92% and my life exam with a 95%.

Worst customer service company on the planet
If I could, I would put zero Stars. The testing centers have wonderful people who are very helpful. However, their customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced in my entire life. I reside in Portland, Oregon. I needed to get fingerprinted and they were trying to send me 6 hours away to Baker City or 4 and 1/2 hours away to bend or 3 hours away to Eugene. They had no knowledge that they had locations in Portland to get my fingerprints. Completely incompetent and I cannot recommend them in any way. This is the second time I've had to deal with them and the first time they lost my information for 6 months. I am not impressed. It's unfortunate we are forced to use them for our tests.

Expert Programmer quit due to application faulty design and bugs
Install stopped twice and had to be restarted. Got to practice test and app disappeared off screen and was no longer active. No app was added to desktop so I had to search. Once found and launched I had to go through 3 steps before getting to exam. Once I finished exam I wanted to retake exam to make sure software was stable. Brought up software and this time got a session timed out response and is asking me to do a complete reinstall!!!
Masters in computer science, years of programming and application design and deployment with top consulting company in the world! This program is a disaster. Take your test at a testing center!

Very degrading experience
One of the most degrading experiences I’ve ever had taking an exam. Not only was I berated because I had to look at the screen closely to see in focus (I wear a progressive lenses), I was not allowed to put my hands on my face, and most astonishing is when I went to adjust myself back in my chair after almost sliding off, they just cut me off and failed me. I was 80% done and almost 2 hours into the exam. I guess the proctor figured I was going to cheat by letting the top of my head go off screen while I scooted back. I hope this company either learns compassion or if they can’t learn humanity, they need to go out of business.
