I'm glad that i finally got my bottle…
I'm glad that i finally got my bottle shipped to Germany. I don't know what the problem was, maybe I was on the wrong website or whatever... In the end i got the bottle and i am happy with the look (i bought the catcus one in the color yellow mellow). BUT there were some issues with the delivery. I don't know whether it's the company's fault or the delivery driver's... My bottle came with the package destroyed, the cardboard fell apart and i almost had to catch my bottle when opening the plastic bag and preventing it from falling to the floor. My bottle also has a small dent but i will still keep it because it doesn't botter me as much.
Overall I'm happy that it arrived but the whole process to it was just exhausting.
I'm sorry about the grammar mistakes. English is my second/third language.

Poor customer service.
Used yourselves several times, but I had a problem with my last order. The top of the lid kept spinning, making it difficult to unscrew, but attempting to contact your customer services proved impossible!
I have tried several times, but nobody seems to respond to the customer services telephone number, or the email address on your home page.
It seems that you have a problem with replying to any customer complaint. Unfortunately this lets down your products.

Best reusable bottles by far
Truly the best bottles we've used and we've tried lots of different brands. Only downside is the lids are quite easy to dent, other than that I can highly recommend.
