300+ Cameras, now bookends.

We have purchased more than 300 cameras from Pro-Vision. There failure rate is remarkably high more than 40% of the cameras failed. Either the front or rear cameras suddenly quit working and or recording all together. WIFI connection to the DVR system is completely unstable and useless. We have had on numerous occasions where we could not obtain any footage at all due to complete device failure. Due to their warranty timing the cameras always seem to fail right after. Tried too many times to contact support with them just not to respond at all. We had their DR-200 series cameras and they are a complete piece of garbage. We spent far too much time on errors and should have switched a lot faster. As a programmer I could of built something more reliable but that is very time consuming to do this. We have gone to a cloud solution that has gone far beyond our expectations.

Less quality and support than China

Products don’t work and their support is an absolute joke. They clearly make you feel you bothered them, can’t solve it, and won’t help unless you send them tons of stuff and info you already did several times, or are not able to: complete logfiles from an NVR is a boot loop? How the hell…
A joke, don’t burn your money on this

Camera don't work as intended

Camera don't work as intended. Bad customer service. I returned mine even though they have me a hard time. Called the bank to dispute charge. Gave bank tracking number... I paid close to $50 to return. Provision only gave back 800 out of 1100. watch out they are thief's. I should have listened to the reviews I read here. They claim that their product is non-returnable, but nothing in the paperwork stated that.

Worst product I have ever worked with.

I work in IT at a small police department. We have 7 Cameras installed in the squads. This product is by far the biggest piece of crap I have ever worked with in my life, and the customer support is even worse.

Cheap Cameras and DVR's, probably the worst software I have ever worked with in my life (been doing this for 15 years). It is buggy, the DVR's disconnect for no reason at all, videos are missing from front view or rear view cameras and other times it just doesn't record at all.

Honestly, all I can say is DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.

I could build raspberry pi systems that would blow this out of the water for about 8% of the cost. Unfortunately, it was not my decision to purchase these.

Seriously, don't purchase this crap. RUN AWAY!!!

We purchased 90 video units for school buses, as well as the equipment needed to retrieve videos via WiFi. It has been almost 2 years and the systems frequently fail to record, and the WiFi retrieval has never worked. They have sent a sales rep two or three times that has verified the problems, but that is where it ends. I leave messages for Steve Wagansky and never get a call back. This product is CRAP! The support is nonexistent, and beyond their concept of customer service is wishful thinking. If they have any repeat business it is only because the buyer doesn't know that there are alternatives!

Pro-Vision is a terrible company to …

Pro-Vision is a terrible company to work with. Bought school bus video systems and had nothing but issues from the start. Tried working with our salesperson, tech support, and then Andrew who is the operations director. Andrew promised that he would get to the bottom of our issues but soon stopped returning calls/emails. I started to feel terrible for the receptionist who obviously became uncomfortable trying to come up with excuses why Andrew was never available. Phone messages were never returned. Terrible company! Take your business elsewhere and save yourself headaches.

Terrible product and service.

I have bought more than 20 Bodycameras from provisionusa.com early this summer. Since the day one, two were acting stupid(one kept vibrating, one does not provide any file transferring). And not a single camera delivered battery life promised ever.

I have been in touch with the provision support team and they told me its beyond them. Management has refused to acknowledge that cameras are not working properly. In their email they say "my understanding is that the product is not faulty". They even refuse to give RMA number for return of goods.

BTW, response time on your issues is about a week.
