I had an issue with the tracking for my order, but they were responsive when I queried the tracking issue, and, as promised, the order has arrived today (on time). I was a little worried by the other reviews, but I would happily purchase from them again given they have products unavailable anywhere else.

BYUYER BEWARE!!! I bought an expensive ear monitor for my husband that wasn’t what he had been hoping for. I contacted the company and explained my dilemma asking if I could exchange the product since my husband hadn’t opened the box. They flat out refused. Terrible customer service!!!

I wanted a sony iem
I wanted a sony iem, which wasn't sold anymore in uk. There is ebay from Japan, but with the amount of money I was spending I wanted it to be an authentic product. I had previously bought a headset from accessoryjack.com before. This was about 5 years ago and was worrying about any import tax or duty. I took the plunge and ordered. Accessoryjack has excellent prices and they are genuine products. I am so pleased I ordered with them. I was free postage to uk. Thank you again.

Selling Items they don't have
Their website is nice and they where able to process my order and charge me for my purchase. A week later, they cancelled my order because my purchase was unavailable. It happens, but they are still selling and listing the item they do not have. Maybe just contact them "before" you order to check if they actually have what they are selling.
