As the delivery time encroaches upon one month, my excitement has mellowed into disappointment and confusion. I have not heard from the warehouse since the 6th of May... it is the 24th of May as I am writing this review. I have reviewed the order several times to check that my address and details were in place, and I do not have any clarity on where my package is.
I have reached out to the warehouse on multiple occasions to follow up and received nothing in response. That being said, I will give it to customer service for trying to figure things out on their end and making this experience a bit more bearable. However, that has also been uneventful and ultimately unsuccessful.
I do love the pieces, albeit the $10 shipping fee for fast delivery, and I was planning to purchase more after this order, so my disappointment is starting to grow as I have yet to receive my package (it is just one cardigan).

Update!
They resent the package and it looks like it's from a different warehouse(CN), not the US warehouse. I think this is more of a shipping company issue than the brand. The cardigan did have a hole in knitting of the sleeve, but I quite liked it. I was missing the universe card which was disappointing.

I ordered clothing from Protémóa and was genuinely impressed with both the quality and design of the pieces I received. The fabric feels premium, the fit is exactly as described, and the overall style is elegant yet comfortable.

Shipping was smooth and reasonably quick, and everything arrived well-packaged. I’m really happy with my order and would definitely consider shopping from Protémóa again.

recieved my Bjeans 1 and it looked nothing like the pictures they advertise. The jeans i got is just some normal looking blue jeans with barely any visible wash displayed. Also within the first couple weeks it appears to have already ripped around my cr0tch area which i found weird so i patched it up then another rip starts to form around the same area.

Fast delivery, love their clothes and customer service were very hands on which I appreciate. Will definitely be purchasing from them again as a result

Received my cool red cardigan, ordered an XL, and fits perfectly, delivered fairly quickly, i wasn’t in a rush anyways. I think the quality/price ratio is very good.

Ordered 2 cardigans as a Christmas present, my girlfriend liked it a lot. Great brand and great quality!

There was an issue with my shipment, where my order could not be delivered. This company used CN and Piggyship to ship my order, and Piggyship is quite literally the worst courier service I’ve ever encountered. Even though signs were posted everywhere in my apartment complex, they could not find my apartment’s mailbox hub so they sent my package back.

I could not find the courier info anywhere on the Protemoa website or emails so I could not reach out to the courier. When I contacted Protemoa, they told me they would help resolve the issue by contacting the courier and keep me updated but I’m not sure they did anything.

I have not heard back from them and I’ve been emailing the company periodically for any sort of update. It’s been almost a month and I’m getting frustrating because the company would occasionally respond to my emails with vague info like “we’ll look into it.”

It took only a week for my package to arrive to my city after I placed the order so I’m not sure why an update is taking so long. Protemoa should have at least offered some sort of resolution by now.

I ordered at the 4th of September. Got an confirmation email about my order and there it just stops.
I paid extra for fedex express shipping to get it in 3 to 5 days. Now it’s the end of the month and no update on my order. I send multiple emails and a dm on Instagram. Got one response after a couple of days.
They only said they are would ask fedex for an update.
That was it, no contact from there on anymore.

In general I never received an email that the package was shipped. And on the Instagram they posted about the pre orders that were almost ready.

I checked again and nothing on the website or mail says I brought an pre order. So it should be send.

I paid including extra for the shipping 213 dollars
That is just now lost

Only buy if you're CERTAIN you like the product, they do not pay shipping so I just spent £30 to return a £60 jacket that doesn't fit me!
Sizing was way off on their website too.

Nice clothes and I liked the style but it's a gamble.

I bought a pair of their B jeans and thought they would not be that good for an ad I saw on Instagram. Since I've bought them, they have been my most used pair of jeans. They look fire af, comfortable and are good quality. Def recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pieces are high quality, no issue with shipping or anything.

I ordered their Bjeans almost a year ago, and they have quickly become my favorite pants. I got a size M, and I'm 5'8, 140 pounds; they fit a bit big, but that was my mistake on sizing. Their size chart is accurate and actually really well thought out. Their products are interesting, decently priced, and of good quality. The shipping took a while, but they were active and responsive on their customer service site.
