Ordered phone
Ordered phone, with conformation of order. Was told it was not available, person offered a cheaper phone and type. Told him I wanted the phone I Ordered. Got a tracking notice to say my order was being sent three days after this conversation; no follow up phone call to say another phone had been found. Although the original phone was still listed for sale on your web page.
I now have the phone and you have your money, but I will not recommended you

Our niece had her laptop screen broken and it black out. Within a day, our technicians at Pro Tech IT was able to replace the screen and had the laptop working up to its original standard. The technicians are not only professional but welcoming and gave reliable computer services. Full thumbs up 👍
