I’ve had a very positive experience with Prospero Education so far. Their induction process was detailed and comprehensive. They sent me links to relevant courses and checked in regularly to see how I was getting on.

Since being signed up, I have been in regular contact with Liverpool CES J.C who has been incredibly helpful and supportive.

She has always been friendly and easy to talk to and I have really appreciated her honesty. JC has demonstrated empathy with my situation and has been very proactive in trying to secure suitable referrals.

I can certainly recommend this company and on a personal note, I am very happy to be working with such positive, friendly and approachable people.

Prospero are an absolutely wonderful company. I was job hunting and came across a role under Prospero, I applied for this role and they got into contact instantly, we established together that this role wasn’t suited to me but from there they took me in, signed me up as a candidate and ever since have been amazing. I am currently signed up with Prospero, and have had nothing but a good experience with them. The company as a whole are communicative but not pushy, and the agent assigned to me deserves a mention. I am a bit scatterbrained and indecisive, and my agent Ben Archer at the Newcastle branch has been nothing but patient with me. He’s contactable and friendly, and has been really great at finding me suitable positions and putting up with my near constant messages. I’m so grateful to him and am in a role and school I love.

I'd recommend 'Liverpool CES J.C' highly. Why? Hard working, thorough, can do attitude, friendly, honest. Registration, which can be a long, drawn out affair was thorough, quick and done with respect and understanding. Communication was clear, non invasive, and immediate. They respected my experience and attitude, and trusted from the evidence I cared about education, rather than take a suspicious position and force a teacher to prove they're credible. That's refreshing.
Prospero's own and chosen training providers are also very good, they are informing, thorough, made for adult educators who care, facilitate with knowledge of the law, and don't accept a non committal approach to training (you have to repeat input if you get it wrong, as we would do with students!) , hence their certification actually means something. Thank you!
