Literally the most professional organisation I have ever purchased from. Phenomenal customer service, thoughtful, honest and reliable. Everything you want for spending considerable amounts of money. Buy with confidence..
Customer service experience has been exceptional. I miswrote my delivery address, so my delivery was to the wrong address, completely my fault, and Jamie from propstore was super helpful in helping me locate my parcel quickly and efficiently, while keeping both parties personal details secure.
My only pain point would be that the shipping cost was quite steep, however the product was very well packaged to avoid any damage, which gave me confidence in that propstore were covering costs to ensure that the delivery was of best quality when delivery.
Overall great experience, just slightly expensive shipping cost.

Propstore are up there among the best in terms of professionalism, friendliness and general ease to do business with. I have been using them for several years and look forward to many more.
Mark and his team were very friendly, professional and easy to deal with. They did an excellent job selling some of my movie posters with all coming in either on or above estimate - keeping us informed throughout the entire process from the first approach to the final sale. Our posters were well photographed and detailed on their website and we will definitely be using them again. Thank you to all at Propstore.
Once again the Propstore handled the sale of my movie posters, with Mark Hochman's excellent knowledge and pricing, all which were achieved and far exceeded my expectations, being spot on.
Have been a customer of Propstore for more than 10 years, always have a great experience, friendly team and always a high standard of customer service!
Very professional and I was kept informed all the way; I would certainly used them again.
looks like same posters which sold on other auction sites and their starting bid or asking what tthey sold for on other sites/be very careful
I won some clothing. Shipping charged was almost 160.00 shipped from CA to NE. I thought that was extremely high for outfits that don't require crating like armor. After two weeks of no update on my items I contacted the site. I got a reply a couple days later with an update that my items will ship probably in 3 weeks. Was also told that the shipping department is a very small department. So for 160 dollars you get to wait 5 weeks, if they ship when they say they will, for items you won. As of this review I am coming up on week 3 so I will see if it ships. They have high costs to request a refund so I guess it's how they make sure no one backs out of a purchase when they take over a month to ship. First and last purchase with Propstore.
Appalling customer service!
Tried to order something. Issues on site. I emailed support, heard nothing!
Returned to site to try again, item sold!
Useless company!
We placed an order with this firm last year but, like the other negative reviews, the shipping costs are completely disproportionate & hugely excessive. The ‘actual’ quotes we obtained ourselves using seven different couriers fully tracked & insured all fell considerably lower than what Propstore charged. I’m surprised trading standards haven’t been in touch. Certainly plenty of other memorabilia companies out there with better customer service & more affordable shipping.
I thought the fees were 20% Until I won an item, which was very expensive (my choice) but then they added over £500 in fees (30% + vat). Asked for postage costs for an item of clothing told £38 - when the invoice came it was £57.....was told prices increase!!. What exactly almost doubles......the cost of a courier parcel doesnt (it would have cost £7 for Yodel/ DPD with the size and weight £3.20 with Royal mail). It was just put in a box with some bubble wrap for the extra £50. Terribley high prices. £500 for ME pressing "increase bid" a few times, they were hosting someone elses charity auction so probably got fees off of them....what exactly did they do for my £500 (put a clothing item in a small box with a sheet of bubble wrap)??? It was all automated on a timed auction - no-one auctioning the lots.
If it hadnt of been something I really wanted, I wouldnt have bothered, wouldnt have bought on a whim at this place like I do elsewhere and wont buy from here again.
These people charge extortionate amounts for shipping and then don’t fill out the correct description of what the items are. They don’t know the difference between commercial goods and commercial products.
I had to request a letter which still hasn’t arrived over a week later so I can apply to have the import fees waived. You’d think they’d have this tied up by now but reading a lot of these other reviews proved that they’re quite an amateur outfit.
