From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I had my boiler maintenance completed and an exterior tap installed. The job was executed promptly and tidily. The team was also very personable! They are now my preferred plumbers for any future needs.

Luke from pro plumb installed our boiler back in 2020 and has serviced it annually since.
He has been again today to do the 5 year service and I can honestly say the service received has been excellent and Luke is a credit to his profession. Touch wood the boiler has never let us down and we are delighted with our purchase 5 years later !!

Booked a boiler service at very short notice. Jane was extremely professional and efficient and managed to accommodate my request. Reminder text sent the day before the visit to confirm the appointment time. Luke turned up as promised and conducted his work quickly, professionally and with no fuss. Great advice given by Luke on the way forward. A very impressive customer service ethos from the start to the end of the process. I would definitely recommend this business to others.
