Great Software; Great Company!
My company specializes in Texas Citrus, primarily grapefruit and oranges. We have used Prophet's PR3 software for 7 years, now. We supply mostly retail customers and we produce over 1MM cartons, seasonally. Prophet's ERP system allows us the flexibility to account for all of this through the seamless integration between the field, production, packing, sales, shipping and grower remittance. This program is customizable and scalable for the ever-changing needs of my business. In my experience, setting up the program required a very large time investment and we had to put our best people on the project. However, the staff at Prophet were very helpful (and friendly) throughout the setup and implementation. Moreover, you want custom software to truly be customized to you. In order to accomplish this, you must be very involved during the setup. But the results speak for themselves and I am very happy with this investment. Prophet's ERP software has the capability to give you all the accurate, useful information that you need with the ability to grow with you into the future!
