I forgot to cancel my subscription apparently and they cancelled it and refunded the last 2 months I was charged but they didn't have to. Cool beans.

SCAM!!! fraudsters, its a front for hard to cancel subscription service. You will get reoccurring charges without ever specifically authorizing them. I have both emails requesting cancellation; the reply; AND my bank records showing the repeat theft AFTER the cancelation request.

Peter was great and got me fixed in under 5 mins.

I called to close an account that was no longer useful and Anthony closed immediately. He also stated that no more charges would occur.

When I signed up to receive a report on a property, I was told it would be $1. I wasn’t aware it would sign me up for an account for $30 with ongoing charges. I used the chat feature and Kimberly was very helpful to refund the full $31 when I realized it was a subscription. Great Customer Service!

Just contacted William about an erroneous charge that showed up on my credit card. He reversed the charge to my satisfaction. I love customer service like this.

My rep quickly confirmed my record and just as quickly closed out my account, as I no longer need this information, so avoid the monthly fee.

This company has been charging my card twice a month since February for an online property search service that I never signed up for or authorized.

When I called customer service, instead of taking responsibility, they insisted that I was the one who signed up, even after I repeatedly explained that I never did. They only agreed to refund the last $9.95 charge and refused to refund the many previous unauthorized charges.

This is an unacceptable business practice. Charging customers month after month without clear authorization and then blaming them when they complain is extremely unprofessional and dishonest.

I strongly recommend that everyone carefully check their bank and credit card statements if they have ever interacted with this company. I will never use their services again.
