I had the same bad experience everyone…

I had the same bad experience everyone else had. Requested one report for $1; was charged for a subscription that I did not want or need. I called to cancel; easy to do but then a $9.95 charge showed up on my cc that I am disputing. I even told customer service I would not dispute the 3 charges for one report. Still got charged a bimonthly fee.

Solid customer service!

It was very easy to obtain the report I needed, which had a ton of useful information in it. While accessing the report I inadvertently signed up for a subscription, but when I contacted them via live chat, they quickly verified what had happened, cancelled the subscription for me, and issued a refund for the payment I didn't expect. Very solid customer service.
