We use property master to run our business portfolio and have had a really positive experience so far with multiple transactions.
We have run into many issues from solicitors to mortgage providers but the team at property master have helped and often chase and step in to steady the ship even when issues have been beyond their control. The team are polite and have a great can do attitude. Highly recommend

Update: after an initial slow start, my application was followed up by a more senior advisor which updated me almost daily on my application progress, this continued until the official mortgage offer was received.
Overall, the website was intuitive & simple to use & later on, the dialy update on the application was good until mortgage offer.

Professional service, kept on top of the solicitor for me which kept things moving without me having to chase, i may use in the future but the pre-payment is slightly off putting as an experienced landlord as you may end up paying to find out its a lender you don't want to use for various reasons, might be easier to go back to a f2f mortgage broker who works on rapport and trust
