Great Customer Service
I entered the wrong delivery address and didn't notice it for over a week. I emailed the company and Amy Davis, Customer Service Representative, was able to contact the carrier and update the address while the package was in transit, arriving in time for the Birthday Party. Thanks so much!

Well made, very good quality and solid truck. Books as shown.
This is a lovely and very solid and well made truck. The books look great too.
I had been quite anxious regarding the time it took to arrive and wasn't aware it was coming from outside the UK.
However, the company were good with communication and ensured the parcel arrived safely.
The quality of the item is so good. I don't regret buying it, it's rather fabulous.
Be prepared for the shipping time.

Somewhat disappointed in the quality.
I ordered 2 of the activity books for toddlers. I did NOT like the small stick on decals for some of the activities. They seemed very poorly made and easy to lose or keep with the book.

I purchased three items for my grandson's birthday. One arrived quickly. When I inquired about the remaining two, I received an appropriate response from Projectmontessori, and indeed my items arrived soon after. One of the items I felt could have been packaged better, and so I notified the company. They were quick to thank me for my suggestion and plan to consider it in the future.
The toys for my 3-year-old grandson's birthday were well received. The Color and Number Magnetic Board was his favorite, but a close second and third were the Search and Find Mats, and the Car Locks with Keys.
Thank you for making sure my grandson's gifts arrived on time and are good quality learning toys.

The toy is great Shipping was horrible it took 3 weeks from ordering to delivery. Although the weather was bad the toys took almost 2 weeks to get from China to US
It finally came 2 days before the child's birthday party. I was literally walking out the door to buy a different toy

I am thrilled to report that the delivery arrived exactly as promised, and both products have far exceeded my expectations.

I believe my great granddaughter will enjoy this. I was a little disappointed when I saw the velcro was a small circle. I understand it being small in the mat, but on the items that stick on the mat, it would be better to have the velcro covering most of the item. It would make it easier for younger ones.

The website is organized well. The age categories are very helpful. The descriptions and images pictured on the website were clear and accurate. My three year old loves everything we’ve ordered from Montessori. The toys are excellent quality. I love to watch my child play independently and use her imagination.
The only problem I had is that some of the boxes were slightly damaged when they arrived likely due to rough handling by the delivery service.
