Pro Gop Fraudsters!!

Pro Gop Fraudsters!!! I did not receive my package or my money. Their website is blocked, their email is blocked, as well as all contacts. How is this possible in the EU? There are so many reviews saying this company is fake. I tried to get some help from the European Commission, and it turned out that if you want them to help you, you have to pay a lawyer 4%, and there is no guarantee that they will help you. It's great to live in the EU!

Like many of you I got scammed by…

Like many of you I got scammed by Progop and their fake shipping company Shipbull. I ordered an RTX 5090 at the end of March. It went an a merry-go-round through Europe until it eventually got stuck. Now all I get is silence when I try to contact them. Shipbull and Progop are both offline. I have lodged a Police report in Germany and in Singapore (my Country of residence) and my bank is trying to claw the funds back from Bank Santander, the receiving bank, with these police reports. I am not hopeful…MASSIVE SCAM!!!

Got scammed by ProGop

As reported by many other reviewers, I also got SCAMMED by progop.com. Placed an order for a graphics card in March 2025, had to pay by direct transfer because my credit card payment "could not go through". Then started the incredibly long and weird shipping route from their fake shipping company Shipbull. More than two months later, I was offered a refund. Of course I received nothing and they stopped answering my emails.
Fun fact: mirroring the word progop gives "gopro" and shipbull gives ...bullship(t?)

1500 euros package delayed for 3 months then lost and costumer service is ghosting me

I placed an order in late March worth almost 1500 euros. After weeks of delay, the company apologized by email, saying that if it was delayed again or lost, they would send a replacement or refund me. This was on May 19th. After that, the tracking was updated once the following day, saying the parcel arrived in Germany (the final destination is in France) and that was it. No news for a whole month, during which I contacted them again; all my emails were ignored (before that, they answered in less than 2 days on average). I spend hours calling only to be hung up on before I could speak to anyone. I am exhausted by this experience, and I need my money back. I cannot afford such a monetary loss.

Avoid – Still Waiting for Refund After Months

I placed an order in March 2025 and paid via bank transfer. After weeks of excuses and shipping delays, I requested a refund—which was accepted. However, it’s now been over a month since the cancellation and I still haven’t received my money back.

Customer service keeps citing “administrative issues” and asking for more time. I’ve already contacted consumer protection authorities and their bank.

Unacceptable service. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

I order a RTX 4070s 560 € video card in…

I order a RTX 4070s 560 € video card in March which I never received and after the 3rd time required a refund they stopped replying. I was in contact with them via email mostly but since then the live chat never available anymore.Since a week I can't reach nobody.
I opened a fraud report in different places. I was skeptical in the beginning to order, but when I saw a lot of positive feedback I did. Worst decision ever..
Stay away from this website.

My order BYD Battery-Box Premium HVM…

My order BYD Battery-Box Premium HVM 13.8, the price of which is over 4300. Eur, is still not delivered, and it was ordered on 27.03.2025.

After not delivering within 30 days period, I have canceled the order, and the status has changed to "Awaiting Refund". It's been almost 2 months since cancellation of the order, and almost 3 months since the order, and I have not received the Item or the refund... Can't reach anyone on the customer support, sales or any other line.

The refund is not being done for over 6 weeks now, so it seems that the site is a SCAM.

Everyone be aware, as the reviews on Trustpilot is also probably fabricated (and I have order just after checking the reviews with the trusted "Trustpilot"...)

The only comunication of progop.com is via e-mail, and it seems that the answers are generated of AI.

I ordered a desktop PC which never arrived

I ordered a desktop PC that was supposed to arrive within 12 working days. When it didn’t arrive, I contacted support and asked them to check with the shipping company for a new estimated delivery date and to confirm if I was eligible for a refund since a month had passed since dispatch. Support told me I would receive my parcel by the end of the week, or they would automatically process my refund. This did not happen.

After waiting another 7 working days, I officially requested a refund. I was told it would be processed within 10 working days, but I did not receive it. I contacted them again and was told I would have my refund by the end of the next week. As of now, I still have not received my refund.

Additionally, the shipping company (shipbull) exposed my home address publicly in the comment section online, which is a serious privacy concern.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the delays, lack of communication, and mishandling of my personal information.

SCAMMERS !!!

Unfortunately, I ordered a graphics card from this store. The order was placed in March, but the card payment failed, so I had to make a bank transfer (I should have stopped right there). I waited for delivery for a month and a half until the tracking stopped updating.

The seller only communicates via email, constantly assuring me they're doing everything possible. Eventually, I requested a refund, and the seller agreed—but it seems they have **no intention of returning the money**. It's been a month now, and I'm still waiting. **I’ll probably never see that money again.**

**ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS HERE ARE FAKE.** A lot of new information about this store has surfaced online—unfortunately, it wasn’t available earlier.

In the end, I contacted my bank to **dispute the transfer**. Now, all I can do is wait, but I doubt I’ll get my money back. This is a **very carefully planned and well-prepared scam**—someone put a lot of effort into it.

Stop with your apologies—I’ve had enough of them. Why aren’t you responding to my emails? And where’s the money, finally?! You just suggested I dispute the transfer, but do you realize that also costs money?! Who’s going to compensate me for all this?!"*

SCAM

SCAM, do not shop. Me and many other people bought items (mostly new RTX 5090 GPUs) over 2 months ago. We didn't receive anything and we're waiting for a refund for a month now.
1. Their shipping partner ShipBull doesn't exist, it's just a way of giving you hope they actually shipped anything.
2. Domain progop.com is provided by NiceNIC, which is notoriously known to provide domains to scams.
3. Progop most likely used to be real, but earlier this year the company behind it changed from Campos Tech S.L. to Campos Tech Import S.L. and that's when scamming started.
4. Website doesn't allow you to buy anything under 1000 €.
5. All positive reviews are by some bot accounts that have no other review anywhere except Progop.
6. In emails and in the responses to reviews they always dodge main points and try to seem reputable.
7. I have contacted ECC about month and a half ago and Progop still isn't responding to them.

SCAM

SCAM, DO. NOT. BUY.

Fake reviews, fake facebook followers, fake shipping company. The fake ShipBull website was created specifically for this scam to work, so they may APPEAR legit, but theyre certainly not. Yes they will reply to this how they are apologetic, and how they "take this very seriously", but please don't fall for this.. I know it looks tasty to buy an rtx 5090 for 2k, but its just not possible. Not a single person has received their order, all of the shipping updates are the same for everyone, same times, same locations, but the item never arrives. Do. not. buy.

My order Huawei Luna 3500eur is in transit for over 2 months now. Can't reach anyone on the customer suppport phone. Email support blame shipping company for not delivering.
I am reporting to the authorities.

After promise it will be delivered until Friday 23.5.2025, nothing happend package still "In transint in Poland", I am requesting full refund under European Union law, specifically Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
I will update this post whether it will be solved.

Update: product never came, they are sending the money back over week now. So 100% fraud. Be aware!

Beware of this

Beware of this! It's a scam! They are not reachable at all! No one on the phone! They use a fake shipping service called "shipbull" to stall your reaction! Ordered a RTX 5090 and never got it! I informed the authorities and also some friends in spain to deal with it. They don't refund the money!

They always copy and paste the same reactions here. After a long "transport" from Helsinki the card now after nearly 2 months of a super slow transport is still marked as "in transit" in Poland since 4 Weeks! I brought this to their attention already but nothing happens! It is fraud! They don't exist! It's a big lie!

It's all automated. They setup a telephone system but it's not possible to reach anyone. Contact is only via e-mail.

The positive reviews here are all fake!

Failed Delivery and Unclear Refund Process

I ordered a "Aorus RTX 5090 Master Ice" from Progop (Campos Tech Import S.L.) on March 20, 2025. According to EU law, delivery should occur within 30 days, expiring on April 19. Unfortunately, the package never arrived.

Customer support was quick to respond but provided inconsistent and confusing information. They used an unknown shipping service called ShipBull, making independent tracking impossible. Although support promised a refund due to non-delivery, no clear refund timeline or further details have been provided as of today.

For comparison, I've ordered several items from the US and China, all of which typically arrived within around 7 working days. In contrast, Progop failed to deliver a simple package from Finland even after more than a month.

If the refund isn't processed by May 3, it would strongly indicate fraudulent practices. I will update this review on that final day, and if I don't receive the refund, it will confirm that this company is 100% a scam. Buyers should proceed with caution.

Update: As of today (03.05.2025), no refund has been issued, and no transaction details have been provided despite repeated requests. This confirms my suspicion: Progop is operating fraudulently. I have filed formal complaints with EU consumer protection agencies and initiated a chargeback through my bank. Avoid this company at all costs.
