Unsatisfied. 30 Day lock is quite literally unnecessary and the customer should be able to call customer service to verify and unlock the account instead of having to be forced to wait 30 days to gain eligibility again. Absolutely ridiculous

They are really great for lease to own. You do pay higher price at the end but they always have the 90 day options.

Verification Problems: Some prospective customers expressed frustration with the rigorous and seemingly repetitive verification process, which often requires sending sensitive personal documents via email and can result in application denials even after initial approval.

I had some difficulty with my order and the progressive representative stayed on the line to help me work through it. Even though he was not able to solve the issue during the phone call due to the issue was with the retail provider the progressive customer service representative was patient, respectful and worked with me until it was nothing else he could do on his end. The progressive customer service representative found that the retailer did not take vertical cards. After hanging up with the progressive customer service representative. I called the retailer gave them the information the progressive representative told me to give them and the issue was resolved. Thank you for your dedication to help others.

I wanted to purchase a computer monitor for my grandson but the one I liked was more money than I had. The sales associate recommended financing. The process was very quick, I knew instantly and I was able to purchase the monitor the same day.
