Canceled my order without reason. Only upon enquiring was I told that they made a 'mistake" about the price (raised it). No pro(fessionalism) in the Proflix name.

Legit, great online store. Called up to inquire about a BMPCC 4K and had a wonderful conversation with a sales man. And you know what? He gave me an honest answer about getting this rare camera and than got me one earlier than expect. 5 star service all around. I love this store!!

Bought my Black Magic Portable Cinema Camera 4K from these folks. This camera has a fairly elusive reputation and is commonly out of stock in most places. The employees were personable and honest with the information and were quick to get my camera to me. The transparency and customer service of places like B&H pale in comparison to a passionate shop like this one.

I ordered an item that was released in limited quantity by the manufacturer. ProFlix reached out to me in an email to re-confirm the estimated delivery time of my item, then beat it by 3 weeks.
