Ok, I buy all of my film gear from B&H but I needed some Gold Mount batteries the same week and that wasn't going to happen at B&H. So I went looking and found proflixsales.com. I was apprehensive (having never heard of them) but did research and seemed legit. I honestly received the best service. Not only did they track down the batteries I needed but they communicated with the manufacturer directly to make sure I would get them on time. I had lots of contact from them, all polite and very helpful. Just a wonderful experience. No joke. I will definitely do more business with them in the near future.

Awesome service!

I was shopping for a Davinci Resolve Studio License and I needed it that day. I don't live near any place that would sell the software and the closest was hours away and I couldn't afford the time either to spend the whole day driving to get it. I was so happy when I found ProFlix the first shop that I found that offered the ability to obtain my key same day. Mr. Shimon took care of me and got me up and running as soon as possible, I highly recommend shopping here as I know I will for all future orders.

I placed my first orders with ProFlixSales this week and was so impressed with their customer service. I was seeking a Nikon Z7 accessory to support a webinar I was giving. It seemed everyone in the world was out of this item, but the staff at ProFlixSales pursued finding a third party substitute like a dog with a bone! Anyone can sell a box. Customer service makes the difference.

ProFlix has the clout to get my small, out-of-stock order priorized by the manufacturer to make deadline.

ProFlix had the items that I needed, the lowest price for them, and a user friendly website. Creating an account and paying were simple processes. Bonus - my inbox isn't now being flooded with daily emails from them like some companies do.

I placed an order with ProFlix and unfortunately the package was stolen from my door step on delivery (no fault of ProFlix). The customer service team went out of their way to help me track down serial numbers for the stolen items so that I could file appropriate reports. They really care and went out of their way to help me (even though they didn't have to).

Excellent, five-star, customer service and support. The item I ordered was in back order from Black Magic Design, the company. The owner from ProFlix called me and let me know, then kept in touch until the product was on my doorstep.

You will always get a real person when you deal with ProFlix. This is the kind of company we consumers need to support.

I just had an online chat with Mike at ProFlix. He was very helpful and informative in helping me understand the capabilities of the product I was looking at and identifying how it wasn't the right thing for what I was trying to accomplish. He saved me a lot of time from buying something that wouldn't do what I really needed and then having to return it. This was a more proactive solution. I'm impressed that he was able to help me, even though ProFlix doesn't sell the product I need. He let me know what type of device I should really be using. It's nice to know that people can be helpful even when it means they don't get a sale. Because of this, I will remember ProFlix for next time and they will be my first stop when I actually make a purchase.

I needed a power convertor for our Hollyland Mars 400s. I called over 6 distributors with no luck, they either said they did not have it or was not available yet. Found ProFlix and called Thursday morning, they promised to look into the convertor. Late Thursday afternoon, ProFlix called and told me they found the convertor, it was a new part sku. The price was much less than I expected and placed the order. Today, Monday morning FedX delivered the convertor. That is what I call OUTSTANDING SERVICE and reasonable prices!! You can bet I will be purchasing from ProFlix in the future. What else is amazing, is they really care about Customer Service. THANK YOU ProFlix!!!!!!

I've always bought my gear through places like B&H and Amazon, but I was looking to get a new control surface for color grading and neither place had them in stock. I found ProFlix through a google search and was a bit nervous about it because I'd never heard of them. I decided to feel them out on the chat on their site and they proved knowledgeable and friendly so I took a chance. I ordered on a Saturday afternoon and my order arrived Tuesday morning (1 business day!)... and the shipping was free! So glad to have another go-to spot and support the little guy.

I was in a pinch for a piece of gear I needed for an unexpected, out of town, shoot. Neither B&H nor Adorama were able to help. ProFlix came to the rescue and had the camera part for me in 24hrs...from Georgia to California! These guys are great and will be my go to company from now on.

Small but good company. I chatted, emailed, and spoke on the phone with Mike and Shimon. Both were helpful. Their service was fast and responsive. I think they are smaller company, so they get away with being more frank in their communication which at first took me by surprise, but it turned out to be better than just getting form-letter communication without actual information. I'm happy I went with them. If it's helpful to anyone, I bought a BMPCC4k, and they are listed as a reseller on the Blackmagic website.
