Whilst the assistance from my contact is positive, this company is disorganised. My first contact with itwas in January 2025. Reluctantly, we agreed on a three-month contract because it was still on the menu and I could afford that. I am still waiting. All payments paid, no copyright certificate, as yet, therefore no completion date. It is too late for me to go elsewhere, but please look around for other options and compare before making a decision. If you don't, you will lose the momentum to use your writing gift while waiting. Your talent is worth more than this

Do NOT use this company. It does not deliver on its promises nor is the quality of its work worth the cost. I signed up for a 3-month marketing package. The primary reason was because I was told that Professional Writers Help (PWH) guaranteed a 150% return on investment (ROI). I got less than a 3% ROI. I continually asked about this guarantee but kept getting the run around. Also, I paid for PWH to handle the copyright process for my book. However, when I received the print copy of my book, the ISBN numbers were missing, even though that was why I purchased that package. In addition, the editing work done as part of the publishing package was mediocre at best. The editor did not understand the nuances of the English language. Many suggested changes made the text incorrect. I also repeatedly asked for the final formatted file for my book, but it was never provided. Finally, I do not believe that this company is based in the U.S. even though it has telephone numbers based in California. This would not be a concern to me if the quality of work was acceptable and the guarantees made were honored. But that was not the case. Consequently, I suspect that many, if not all, of the positive reviews on this site were not written by actual PWH customers.

This company has a side gig running known as AmazonKDPPublisher.org. Stay far away. I foolishly thought that they were the legitimate KDP and started working with them. After I realized I'd been had, I disputed their charge with my credit card company who told me that the first step in the process was to contact the customer service department of AmazonKDPPublisher.org and gave me the phone number they had on file. This number turned out to be for the legal department at Amazon which they have no connection to. And I never did receive my edited manuscript.

12 months and still no book.
always wanting more money and saying that services and information from Govt agencies are wrong. Their work is second-rate, and does not look professional

I requested a refund in September of 2024 and the project manager tried to bully me into taking down my review by saying they could make it speedier if I took my review down. i refused because my experience was so bad and as you can tell from them trying to bully me into taking it down it is not a great company.

Now they will not respond to me. I have not been rude in any way.

I have tried multiple times to reach out through chat to be able to speak to someone. I got a response in December that I should expect an email from billing but still nothing and it has been over a month.

I have reached out a couple of times since via chat and they see my message and don't respond, today is another time (I screenshot it).

This is just such a bad company. I will keep you updated I guess through reviews so others know.

This has been such a bad experience. I go Emily as my project manager who NEVER responds. She responds when someone else calls me to see why things have not moved forward and I tell them I have emailed her with no response. I would absolutely not recommend this company and if you get Emily run. I requested a refund and still have not received a response I have followed up multiple times. It's so frustrating. I'm, pretty sure she has another job or is just really bad. I even requested someone else to work on this book and never received a response.

If I’m being honest, a lot of things that this company tells you when they give you a contract is not true. I’ve contacted many people that used this company for their manuscripts and help with getting their book published. This company did not deliver.

The way they do “editing” is by using AI.

You will be contacted by Noah Wilson, Dave Erikson, or some Rashel lady. They will tell you many things so that you sign with them. They will ask you for your money, take it, dish out a few mediocre chapters, then completely stop contact. I actually had to cybercrime for the employees to unblock me and give a “finished” product.
