Very bad website. Made me mad. GRRRRR

Wiley Book Writers provided excellent editing and designed an outstanding book cover as well as a website and marketing graphics and script. Beyond that, the relationship went down the tubes. Their marketing graphics were dumped in my lap to distribute, and have not produced a single sale. I have a signed agreement for them to print 2,000 copies of my book (at $5 per copy = total of $10K) and distribute them to Books-a-Million. BAM would sell my books for $20 and I would receive $14 royalty per copy. The books may have been printed (that's uncertain); however, BAM never got a single copy. I have a printout of a report that my books had been distributed to 70 BAM stores in ten states, including California and New York. Two weeks later I was called by Wiley Book Writers and informed that my books had sold out at BAM, and I needed to submit a $7,000 deposit which would be returned with the royalties the following Tuesday. I sensed a scam and contacted Books-a-Million, and that's when I discovered they had never received a copy of my book. Moreover, Books-a-Million has no stores in New York or California. I don't know if Wiley was infiltrated by scam artists, but it isn't helpful that when I confronted them their email addresses no longer would receive my communications.

I hired this company nearly a year and a half ago. Even after having five different people as a 'dedicated project manager' as promised in the contract, I gave them the benefit of the doubt- that was wrong. After the first change, with having to start from the beginning and reexplain myself, I should have gone elsewhere. Now I have nothing to show for the thousands of dollars I spent and over a year of time wasted. I've spent the last two months fighting for a refund that is rightfully mine for work that was never completed.

I had a positive experience with Wiley Book Writers for my publishing needs. From the start, the team was professional, communicative, and really seemed to care about my vision for the book. They guided me through each step—from editing to design to getting it published—and always kept me in the loop. The final result looked polished and professional. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and would recommend them to any author looking to publish their work with confidence.

This is a complete scam. A total front company, of many. Other ‘companies’ operating under the same group of scammers include: Penguin Bookwriters, American Book Authors, Gnome Bookwritting, Frontline Publishers, and many others. I always thought Trust Pilot was the end-all-be-all when it came to trustworthiness and unbiased review, but it’s clear that they’ve allowed scams like this to infiltrate. I contracted with Joe Wilson at Wiley Book Writers last year. Brian Wilson then became my contact. They promised several things and even included them in my contract. When they didn't fulfill all of their commitments I requested a refund to which they agreed. The deadline for the refund has passed and now they ignore my emails. I strongly advise anyone considering using this company to go elsewhere.

In this company, I worked with many people my experience at the beginning it was difficult and confusing, but when Edward ( was assigned to me as a manager he absolutely went above and beyond and worked with me through the whole process.My experience extremely awesome With Al Edward .

I hired a Wiley book writer over a year and a half ago, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. They misrepresented their services and failed to complete the editing as promised, forcing me to repeatedly revise the work myself. The project manager, named Wayne, eventually stopped communicating altogether, leaving me in the dark about the project's status. After numerous calls and texts, they finally replaced him, but the new team did nothing to resolve the situation.

Now, I find myself needing to take legal action against them. I strongly advise against using their services, as they have proven to be a fraudulent company. I paid them in full, yet they have not delivered the work or refunded my money. I am currently in the process of hiring a lawyer and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and other relevant authorities. Please, do not use Wiley Book Writer.
