Immediately ran into problem upon purchasing as the site required identity verification without a warning, despite the fact that it's a digital purchasing and I'm using a verified PayPal account with matching emails with my account on ProducerLoops. The problems escalated when I tried to access my account to update my name as it would always return a blank page no matter what browser or connection I'm using, forcing me to go through the customer support desk to resolve the issue. I'm thankful that ProducerLoops eventually agreed to whitelist my email without identity verification (due to complicated circumstance) and offered me a complimentary download, but this shouldn't have happened in the first place, or at least there should have been a clearer warning upon first purchases, as not all customers are fine with forced identity verification for digital products purchasing.

I purchased a pack that said Ableton Live version 9.7 required. When it wouldn’t load I contacted the company to ask for assistance. I told them I had Ableton 9 and that it should have worked.

They refused to give me a refund or even a credit note for another pack. Very poor customer service and you would be far better of going to another provider

Download wasn’t working at first, after that very poor customer service. They responded quickly at first, but weren’t helpful at all. There are alternatives that are way better than this website. I would definitely recommend skipping this one.
