I consider such demonstrated customer service by Gabriela to be above-and-beyond, excellent, awesome, commendable, and duly acknowledgeable!

Great, huge selection, good prices, in case of any problem, you get help straightaway. In my experience it's one of the best .

Just because I am using a VPN, my purchase is ONHOLD as the country is different than my card, and they want photo ID or utility bill over email (which seems alarming.) BE WARY OF THIS SITE THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR NO REASON AND LEAVE YOU HANGING WAITING FOR YOUR FILES!!!!!

I was recently fooled by the misrepresentation of a bundle of 10 construction kits. Following a review I posted here, the company wrote to me to implore me to delete/modify the review in question in exchange for a refund.

More than a week later since our last exchange and despite the status of my support ticket quoted as "urgent" I still haven't received either a reply or a refund.

I am here to inform you of the lack of seriousness on the part of Producer Loop. I would therefore like to warn you about construction kits. The description is not always accurate.

So disapointed with this product I've purschased...the containt is not what we are hearing in the preview...at all...and some( many of them as a matter of fact) of the WAV are empty!!!!! this is not good from you guys. It's the ''Told Them - Afrobeats'' by the way

I understand producerloops use third party labels as vendors but they need to do a better job at monitoring what is being released. The sample packs used to be a lot better but the quality has been going down and down over the past years :(

Amateurs !! Website took my money for a pack , never got the download , Ignoring 2 phonecalls and many emails. I see many others have had the same experience

This website is an absolutely disgrace I have been treated so unfair they have accused me of lying about a certain product that isn't working and have refused to give me a refund one again DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE you will not get your money back and you will be treated without respect as a customer back and forth with load of emails them making sure I get my money back and they are refusing one again i am warning everybody who reads this email to shop somewhere else in life Save your money save the hassle

I never got what I ordered... No big deal but waste of money anyway...

I am an artist musician producer and have spent a lot of money purchasing products from producer loops untill last Thursday when on product just would not let me open the file , after many emails and choosing a different sample pack only to find the same problem they tell me it's my issue and don't refund so basically they've ripped me off so I wouldn't recommend them at all .

One of my favorite sites recently to buy loops, the service is very good, the download of the files is immediate.

Habe heute zum ersten mal bei producer loops bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden. Bei der Kaufabwicklung (via Paypal) gab es Anfangs ein kleines Problem, In der Bestätigungsmail war zu lesen: Your order is on hold. Please send over identification ASAP. Okay, da ich keine Kopie meines Personalausweis schicken wollte, schrieb ich den support an und bat um eine andere Möglichkeit, bekam dann auch zügig Antwort:

Hope you're well? We are pleased to confirm that your email has now been added to our whitelist. So, you will not be asked to complete any security procedures when ordering from ProducerLoops.com in the future.

Das ist doch mal ein entgegenkommen :) Für all diejenigen die dort bestellen möchten, es Bedarf keine Kopie des Personalausweises, denn in einer weiteren e-mail die ich erhalten habe stand folgendes: An alternative method would've been to send us a utility bill (like gas or electricity bill, something official with your name and address on it) but I already saw in our system that your order is very low risk so I manually approved it.

Imagine if that dodgy looking person in the music shop demanded to make a copy of your ID in order to take your guitar picks out of the shop, AFTER you have paid for them!

"No dude, you're not taking those picks 'til you let me scan your passport, or at least give me some gnarly bud. Oh, and your home address, too?" Would you give him your full name, address, and a copy of your passport? Would you? No? Then please please don't fall for this evil website.

They are gathering information to steal your identity.

They pretend there is a problem with your order - AFTER it is approved by your credit card company, etc.

Then they "innocently" ask you to send...A COPY OF YOUR PASSPORT. Which of course allows someone to steal your identity and ruin your life for at least several months.

It is, it bears mentioning, a violation of credit card merchant agreements to ask to even look at ID with a purchase in person. But a scan of your ID (to use in identity theft)?!

I tried several times to order before I wised up - and they have a rotating list of excuses...the latest one was my IP address was too far from my residence. (Like no one has a job?) (Or uses a VPN?) (Or leaves his home?)

I was almost stupid enough to fall for it - but be warned IT IS PRIMARILY an identity theft site. They will probably give you loops, that they have, if they are consistent, stolen elsewhere on the internet. And wait a few months to steal your identity so you forget this ever happened.

BUT THEY ARE GATHERING INFO THAT SURELY WILL BE USED TO STEAL YOUR IDENTITY, PERHAPS BY SELLING IT ON THE DARK WEB OR SOMETHING. BE WARNED. DO NOT USE.

Ask yourself - has any company, in your life, asked you to send a COPY OF YOUR PASSPORT/ID AFTER you have purchased something, just to, y'know...i never would have been so stupid as to send it, but it was a while before I realised it is ILLEGAL to even ask (violation of cc agreement), and they MUST make most of their money as identity thieves.

There are surely hundreds of similar sites. DO NOT use one that illegally asks for documents that can be used for identity theft.

I would give 5 stars but ive bought vocal packs with bad recordings(noise and even a metronome in one..lol), this doesnt happen often though and ive been a long time customer (years i believe) and find you guys to be the best, i know technically thats not your fault but if you let it slide it reflects,

I have purchased half a dozen packs from Producer loops, and so far, the quality of what I get, the price, speed of service. have all been excellent.
I plan to continue to look to Producer loops for anything new, or something that may catch my eye that might give me ideas on building my next track.
