Bought a few items from here. Great support quick response to emails. Had an issue with one off my taps they got right onto a replacement. High quality without the high price.

Very happy with the experience. The vanity unit was good quality and arrived exactly as shown on the website. The measurements were also exactly the same which saved any hassles with fitting. The delivery guys were also very helpful.

Exactly as Expected
The product was exactly as expected and well made. I remain frustrated that Review requests are not timed to actual delivery - is the review process a mark of serious concern or just a box ticking exercise as per ISO 9000?

From the get go speaking with you and your builder it was clear the communication lines were not being passed through. Speaking with your builder directly we were being advised one thing and another by yourself. You ordered the incorrect item and then blamed Prodigg this - so I am sorry but we do not agree with this review. We do have a clear log of every instance we tried returning your calls to both you and your builder. We do believe we did the best we could with this order and again disappointing to read. We are sure the products of of the highest quality and hope your bathroom turns out exactly how you planned. All the best Prodigg.
