Experience has been fantastic

Disgusted

They were happy to take my money in early may 2021 knowing fair well that their company was in a hole for 2 years! But proceeded with emails right up until early December promising me that I would still receive my vanity… Come late December I received an email stating the company had gone into liquidation. So here I am over a thousand dollars out of pocket and no money to buy another one. How selfish and disgusting can one person be.

The worst company we've ever experienced

No matter how nice the products appear to be, please avoid. They operate under more than one website stating stock available, then suddenly it's unavailable. They took our money, refused refund, 16+ week delay on shipping. Coincidentally, the supposed arrival date was also the date they went into voluntary liquidation. They have effectively stolen from hundreds of customers. The company has a long trading history yet these misdeeds also go back a long way from what the reviews indicate. It is a wonder they are able to keep trading. We'll see if the pattern continues under Prodigg or another trading name.

Still have not received our kitchen…

Still have not received our kitchen sink after full payment at the beginning of April despite saying on Prodigg website that the product is available and even after constant emails requesting a delivery date. This has held up our build. I have requested a refund and will be going locally even. If it means paying more.

no correspondence and call backs

no correspondence and call backs, i have called numerus amounts of times to see where my order is at and no response. i have sent messages on the live chat as well and noting, this is a joke now as this is holding up my build and handover.

Professional and Reliable !

The whole experience has been great and even with circumstances out of their control like COVID delays they have been very open with me and have kept me informed this whole time. You can tell they care about their customers as Jamie has gone above and beyond to assist with my request, super professional and an expert in what she does!

Thankyou, Thankyou Prodigg bathrooms!! Prodigg was able to provide exactly what we wanted for a reasonable price. Very happy with the customer service and quality of the products received.

Lila Linen towels…

I brought some of the Lila Linen towels that they have and they are seriously the best towels I’ve had !
10/10
So big and fluffy even when they have been in the dryer constantly during this cold weather
Will definitely buy again
Staff were so helpful

Not good and not trustworthy

Not good experience. Paid for item and was advised it would take no more than 2 to 4 weeks maximum time. Was not given a tracking number or information even when contacted numerous times. Different information provided each time of the delivery. After 7 weeks still no item and when given a deadline they advised it was picked up for delivery. The following week still no item and when we called them they said it was broken. Yet another lie. When asked for a refund they advised they only do these at end of month. We do not recommend and not trust Prodigg Bathrooms.

Didnt answer one of my 20 phone calls.

Didnt answer one of my 20 phone calls.
Could only get an answer on the web site. But answers were mostly false.
Goods arrived damaged
Goods arrived 4 weeks after ordering
website says 3 days delivery
Terrible communication.
You get what you pay for.

As advised you ordered some clearance items and some local items which stated 2 - 4 weeks for dispatch.
The Shave Cab was damaged during transport which we promptly replaced.
We are sorry you did not get through immediately on your calls however these calls were always returned promptly.
We can accept this transaction was not perfect and have definitely taken this feedback on board to better our services.
As discussed we would love the opportunity to correct this with any future projects you have on board with the credit provided as compensation for this.
