Ordered spare rods for glasses. I saw the T&Cs state no returns so I checked first with their customer support they would fit. They sent me a link to order and of course they didn’t fit and wont refund 43euros or send me the correct ones. Very bad customer services. Shop elsewhere.
Pro ev, in my experience, is NOT a company to be trusted. I have a waited 5.5 months for an ev charging point to be fitted. The last time their engineer came he said that I needed two new switches. I collected them. Today he arrived and said that the charging point supplied is the wrong one!! So he took it away - again! What on earth is going on!!
