One of the few online sunglass…

One of the few online sunglass retailers that offer different sizes, something that in my searches wouldn’t be offered. The pricing is in point and competitive with its counterparts, had a short wait for the glasses to arrive. Couldn’t recommend high enough, great pricing, service and delivery. Excellent 👍

A good buying experience

I am reasonably pleased with my recent purchase of sport sunglasses on the website. The prices are very attractive.
You have to know what you're looking for as there is not much information that explains the differences between models. Sometimes, the colors in the photos may not look exactly the same as on the manufacturer's site.
The sunglasses arrived in good time. While the order was being processed, there was no estimated delivery date given. I wasn't 100% sure my order was input correctly. The customer service team responded quickly to my WhatsApp question and gave me more details.
Now that I know what to expect from the site, I would order again.

Stay away from this joke of a company.

Ordered Oakley frogskins which where delivered 5 days later with no glasses

Only the box and care bag. Was extremely hard to contact them and had no response on email, phone or WhatsApp for 2 days.

They told us they had to check the CCTV .then a message the next day asking if I wanted a different model or refund as they didn't have in stock .

So they took my money, posted and empty box and never even apologized for the terrible service.

Joke of a company who obviously doesn't run very well.

Wrong model sunglasses - no reply

They did not send any email about the delivery after I bought the product (when it was packed and sent) which is normal procedure. Then, when I received the sunglasses yesterday, they had not sent me the model that I had ordered. I told them through WhatsApp yesterday, but they have still not given me any reply....

Probably the worst client experience I've ever had

I had a very bad experience with that website.

I ordered a pair of glasses on June, 14. The announced delivery time was 7 to 14 days.
One week later, I hadn't recevied any news ; not even the mail confirming that the delivery had been sent.

After I had to write to know what was going on, I finally got an e-mail explaining to me that "there was a problem with the supplier and that the delivery could take up to x days".

And after that, history repeated itself. No news after the announced x days, no e-mail from the company informing me about another delay ; I had to write every time to know what was going on, and everytime I had the same answer (half of the time, automatic answers).

Until a few days ago, where they just reimbursed me without priori notice, telling me the glasses were not manufactured anymore.

At the end of the day : I waited 5 months, sent 15 e-mails, and didn't get the glasses.

Cherry on the cake : I went back to the website and the glasses are still there, you can still order them, although they are not manufactured anymore... which is almost dishonnest.

I know business can sometimes be complicated, that suppliers can have delays etc. I understand that. But in that case, the company should at least inform the client about those delays and not let him wait 5 months. They did absolutely nothing.

In a nutshell : I highly advise against that website.

EDIT : After reading your answer, I reaffirm that I know the relations with suppliers can be complicated - which doesn't mean that you shouldn't be more in contact with them in order to at least know if the production of the glasses you're supposed to sell has been stopped. Furthermore, and despite the problems you may have with your supplier, never sending an e-mail to your customer to let them know what's happening, forcing the latter to write every time they want to know what's going on, is unacceptable. I had to write 15 times. 15. Because you didn't keep me updated. And this is pure customer service, nothing to do with suppliers issues. I'm sorry your answer explains nothing. You were just awfully bad, I honestly have never seen this. As you can see I didn't write a lot of review on trustpilot ; but I took the time because I dont want other people to experience what I've been through with you.

Hi Nicolas, sorry for your bad experience. On some occasions our supplier discontinues the models without notifying us and we proceed to cancel the order. But on some occasions the option is given to wait in case it is available again or to return the money. Thank you for your comment and apologies again for your bad experience.
