Broadband heavy software
I recently took a 40 question multiple choice exam with this software and the whole way through I was constantly being asked via a popup window to share my screen, literally every question. Tech Support claimed that I was on a bad broadband connection, however pre-exam I tested my superfast setup and it was between 60-70MB/ps download and >20MB/ps upload and always has been for weeks. Very disrupting. This software grinds connections to a halt. I was surprised that the invigilator didn't stop the exam the number of times that I had to approve their popup, but guess they are encountering this all the time? I can imagine this would be very disconcertng for anyone with exam nerves.
Useless technical support and rubbish software
Tried to run the test equipment option in email. Doesn't allow user to select a webcam, just uses the default one but there's no way to change the default one in Windows. Tech support didn't advise me that it could be done in Chrome. I had to find that out myself. When I asked them if they would reset the equipment test, they told me they couldn't do that. I hope this doesn't cause a problem for my wife's exam. This company is a shambles.
