Ordering was easy. Delivery took some time though. But being from Australia that's to be expected. 😀

Waited for over a month for the site to say the order was delivered, which it NEVER was. I reached out, and they responded by saying to check with my neighbors and the post office. I did both, and nothing was found. I have NEVER EVER had any issues with packages. The post office informed me that they never received a package with the tracking number or order number. DO NOT ORDER!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They keep sending emails saying it is on the way - meanwhile the tracking says it is in CHINA. Do not order items off social media - they are coming from China and take about 3-4 weeks to get. STAY AWAY FROM scams like this.

I received an email saying package had been delivered but I haven’t received it. I requested proof of delivery but haven’t received anything yet. This is their last email. “ Thanks for contacting us.
Your package has indeed been delivered.
Please understand that we have been trying our best to help you get it.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Wish you a happy life.”
Still no package or POD received.
I have requested a refund but don’t expect to receive any.
Update: Has now been delivered.

Do not trust this vendor, and do not order from them. I ordered a gel pressure relief cushion, which was advertised as being 15 X 12.5 inches. After a few weeks, a cushion arrived that was just over half that size. I requested a replacement or refund, but they refused.

Parcel never arrived and they are arguing about a refund. I ordered something on 18 August 2025. It is now 15 October and the parcel has not arrived. Their website states "Note: The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination countries, bad weather and international couriers. But the longest time will not exceed 30 days. You can contact us by email at any time to solve your problem." I have requested a refund after a month and they said they would ship a replacement. When I asked for that tracking number they said they are working to get the original package delivered. It has now been 60 days. I have requested a full refund several times and they have refused. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Works smoothly and feels sturdier than others; adding color options would be nice.

I ordered two dresses months ago. They said they had been delivered but I didn’t get them. I have tried several times to contact them to either send the dresses or refund my money. No one acknowledges my messages! Do NOT order from this company EVER. I should have done research before ordering! Buyer beware!!!! 😡😡😡

Price point is good. Beautiful cream color. Fits perfectly and I love that it is a 100% Organic Cotton sweater.

I love these shoes. They are so much fun. They fit great and have been a conversation starter whenever I wear them.
