Terrible experience overall.
I ordered some ornaments for my team in early December. They charged me more than what the receipt said on my credit card. So I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The gifts were not delivered until mid January even though it said they would be there by Christmas, and two of the eight were broken. When I reached out to get it fixed, they kept offering me seven dollars total, even though I paid more for each one. I told them that was unsatisfactory and the response I continued to get which was clearly generated by some sort of AI or translation service said that that was the best they could do. It’s been two weeks and I still have not gotten the refund. The customer service has also stopped responding.
The site here says this is based in Phoenix, however, I’m in Phoenix and the tracking information that I received had the package starting out in China. We never order from this company again.
