Great shipping services and products
Shipping services are very efficient, the really care for the content of their packages as the safety measures can provide proof of it. Never seen such passion and care in any bike delivery services that I have experienced. Bad customer service
Bad customer service! Can not recommend, was trying to stop my order. After it was shipped they answered that is too late to stop the order now. My email for stopping the order was send 5min after I placed the order...I now have to pay the cost of shippent to send back an order that should not have been processed in the first place this is redicoulous. will never order again.

Awful
Awful! Was delivered the incorrect order so I sent it back the same day and opened a customer support ticket. Took a week to get a response. I have requested a refund and have heard nothing back two weeks later.

This service is perfect and very quick - unfortunately – one of the spare parts I ordered (Shimano brake disc for cca 60 Euro) was crooked and in my bike service they were not able to flatten it out. But – in is production defect, not of ProBikeShop. I can highly reccomand this bike shop to everyone!

Mavic SRAM Great article XD-only shipment slow
The Artikel is Great es expected.
However the DHL delayed the shipment within Germany.
So it arrived a little bit late, More than a week.
One point to mention was the SRAM xd.
The non-compatibilty with other cassettes also SRAM OG,PG should be mentioned in the description of the article.
Overall it is fine.
