Ray is really knowledgeable with not just stringing but also with different rackets and their strengths and weaknesses. He helped us pick the right pro-string for my son’s babolat 98 racket and has offered help and advice along the way. His youtube videos are also really helpful for anyone wanting to restring their own racket…like me. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Excellent, Prompt, and attentive
Ray was very communicative and responded very promptly after my initial enquiry. He was attentive to my needs and had my tennis restrung tailored to my requests. He is super nice and did an excellent job. Will happily return and 100% recommend.

I approached Ray because i was clueless on what string to use. He recommended the Pro-String multifilament. It was the best decision! He was patient with me explaining the different strings.

Had a racket consultation with Ray. As I wasn’t 100% sure the kind of thing I wanted, he recommended demoing a few suitable rackets. Fast forward a week, I’m now the happy owner of a diadem nova that he has expertly strung with multifilament.
Ray was very communicative throughout and super fast! A pleasure to deal with and will definitely use his services in the future.

I had my tennis racket restrung at Pro-String London and couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Ray provided excellent advice on choosing the right strings and tension for my playing style. Charles completed the job quickly with their same-day express service. Both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve already played with the racket, and it feels fantastic.
