Excellent service from Ray - He helped my 12 year old son get the right racket by having a full training session with him. Then sent the stringed rackets by courier easily (I live in NW5). Highly recommend him!

Personal, friendly and attentive service. I went to Pro-String as I wanted to restring and regrip 2 old badminton racquets. Having had a long hiatus from playing, Ray helpfully guided me and did a great job refurbing the racquets so that they play impeccably. I was please with the pricing, service and turnaround and will be happy to support this business going forward.

I recently had my racket restrung at this shop, and Ray looked after the whole process for me. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and handled the restringing smoothly and quicker than I expected. Ray also recommended a better string based on my playing style, which was genuinely helpful.

Had two re-strings done and got a new racquet and bag through him. First re-string was urgent and he turned it round in under half an hour. Great service and good prices, will be using him for all my needs in future!
