Outstanding, personalised customer service. I’m not an existing customer and I didn’t purchase anything on this occasion. But I am clueless and was looking for help and information in order to buy a gift for my husband’s new hobby. Having spent hours online trying to work my way through thousands of options and product information I didn’t understand, Ray was incredibly quick to respond, helpful and flexible - pointing me in the right direction cutting through days of research and befuddlement! I will be back to purchase in future with absolute confidence.

Ray does a great job every time I restring with him and is very helpful in recommending string set-ups to suit my play, never once had a bad experience. Drop off service is really handy too!

Couldn’t be easier. I’m a novice and was told to get my tennis racket re-strung as soon as possible. Ray was very helpful with his advice. Also had my grip done. Was super quick and my racket is vastly improved.

I discovered Ray by way of his online videos, talking about the importance of using the right strings to avoid injury in younger players.
Clearly very knowledgable and passionate about the issue.
He subsequently took time to advise on the best racket and set up for my son who is 12.
Service and turnaround was excellent, and we got the new racket within a few days. Ray was also available for follow up questions on the set up. Son is super happy with the racket ! Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

I have known Ray for a while now, his passion for all things tennis related is un-rivalled and this shows in his patient and down to earth approach when giving lessons. I would highly recommend Ray to any tennis player looking to improve.

Very convenient, you can drop off your racket and have it within 3 days.
The stringing was also very good.

Found Ray online on 14th Oct night and got an instant reply. Dropped off my badminton racquet the next morning.and picked it up the same evening - super quick! He strung it exactly to my specs, and fixed broken grommets, and even offered a new grip. 100% professional, great communication, and excellent value for money. Highly recommend!!!
