The experience at the mobile scanner was excellent. Zak was so reassuring as I had concerns regarding claustrophobia he gave me options and communicated with me the whole way through.Correspondence prior to attending the scanner was great all information explained well. Overall a superb service.

Absolutely fantastic service provided! cannot highly recommend the professional, efficient use. As an agency always reluctant to try something 'new' when something is working well for a business, but I am so glad I have made this move and will definitely be using this service going forward! client was super happy, and Zak and his team worked around our client which was amazing! and report in less than 24 hours, cannot rate enough!

Excellent experience from start to finish! The facility was very clean and professional, and the staff made me feel at ease throughout. Great availability, I was able to book for the next day. What really impressed me was the quick turnaround, Zak shared my results with my doctor within 24 hours, even though the estimated time was 48-72 hours. Highly recommend!

I did alot of research for a mri scan as alot of companies offer a price ,scan and it changes.
This company were prompt and professional!
The price quoted includes a detailed report and any questions, were explained in detail.
They were friendly and cared about my concerns and worrys.
Booked and had scan and results in a very short space of time both in less then a week!.
I shall be back for a health scan as health is wealth 🙏🏻.

What a fantastic service provided by Pro scan imaging! The whole process, from booking to attending my appointment was seamless! Speedy, attentive communication throughout and was made to feel very comfortable and nerves at ease whilst on the scanner. The facility was absolutely spotless. From my initial enquiry I was contacted promptly with a cost for the scans. Upon accepting the offer I was given an appointment date option within a few days.
I had a query prior to the appointment which was effectively dealt with by Zak.
The appointment was bang on the arranged time and the procedure was explained thoroughly in an understandable way before going into the scanner.
After the scan Zak showed me a few images etc and explained that the radiologist would send a report within 48 hours, it took just 24 hours.
The report seems pretty thorough and explains the findings in medical language which I will need to have explained to me by my Doctor/ consultant, and I was told the actual MRI scans can be requested by them to analyse.
All in all I was very happy with the experience and praise Zak for his kind and professional approach.

After being denied a MRI scan by the NHS( which was suggested I had by an hospital in Ireland), I contacted Pro scan Imaging, what can I say, I got an appointment the next day, fantastic service, everything was explained to me clearly.
I would 100% recommend this service to anyone. I can't thank them enough.
